DL BBQ 大连海鲜烧烤 (大连海鲜烧烤)

I'm giving this 5 stars because it doesn't deserve 3. It's more like 4.5 but for some reason people hate this place even though the food is really good and reasonably priced. The waiters were very nice and the food was served quickly

As someone from Dalian, this food really hit the spot for me. There are some dishes like menzi 焖子 and roast chives you can’t get at any Chinese restaurant. I know a lot people prefer Szechuan or Shanghai cuisine, but I think northeastern Chinese cuisine has its own charms, and the food here reflects the hearty hospitality I’ve always associated with my hometown.

Ordered some skewers, meat was dry really lacking taste or texture. Almost feels like meat was microwaved. Donburi dishes were 80% rice and the rest cheap salad and still dry meat.

I dunno why the raitings are low... but it’s good. It’s really good.

Super nice restaurant! Food is in great quality, real taste of China (not Korean BBQ)! I’m surprised it’s not a 4+ stars restaurant on google!

Got the short ribs and beef skewers, the seasoning on both were amazing! Was walking by and noticed all the interesting dishes and decided to give it a try. Would definitely recommend it! Shared the dishes with 2 others and all together it was very good food while still being a good price!

Wandered in near closing time and was richly rewarded with excellent, freshly made skewers and small plates to go -- garlicky and delicious. I particularly liked the cold cucumbers with garlic (believe it or not, very close to what in New York we'd call a "new pickle"), the chicken-heart skewers, and the ENORMOUS grilled oyster. I'm looking forward to my next trip -- there's a lot of menu to try!

I went here at a time where there was not a lot of foot traffic- ordered the short ribs and they were really good!

Food was yummy ? I enjoyed the chicken skewer and chicken w rice ? ? only thing is they trade the eggs in my chicken. W rice with a small block of cheese ? ??‍♀️The servers were bit serious but did their job fast and served well.

My girlfriend really enjoys this place and we don't understand the hate they receive on here. She had the chicken skewers twice, had oysters, and I had their yogurt smoothie which was fantastic.There seems to be a lot of issues with People concerned about them talking behind their back, them wearing masks, or the quality and price the food but we don't have any concerns with that.Solid authentic place.

The food was terrible, the fried noodles was a hot dog, wrapped around strange noodles wrapped in and egg, with a terrible seasoning. The pictures are not representative of the food and it's way over seasoned.

If you wanna be made fun of while you eat, this is the place for you! The food was not good at all and the staff was rude. I'm never coming back.

Manager or owner did not wear a mask, cooks in kitchen not wearing mask properly. Very rude.
