We recently had our happily ever after party at Dockside at Duke's, it was nothing short of magical! The venue is perched right on the water of Lake Union, offering breathtaking views that made our special day even more memorable. The combination of the stunning scenery and the flexible indoor/outdoor spaces allowed our guests to seamlessly flow between the two, making for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The wait staff at Dockside went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From going the extra mile by laying out cheesecloths just as I envisioned to lighting the candles, they were attentive to every detail, no matter how small. Their dedication truly made the day stress-free for us and our guests.

The food was a highlight—an exquisite representation of Pacific Northwest cuisine. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and presented beautifully, impressing all our guests. Our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was! Calling it nothing like the generic wedding food they had past receptions.

The bartenders were equally impressive, expertly crafting our specialty cocktails with ease and ensuring everyone had what they needed throughout the evening.

The bridal suite was a perfect, convenient space for getting ready, adding to the ease of the day. Wait staff came in and brought us drinks and appetizers - it was the most perfect and stress-free experience. And when it came time to clean up, the staff handled everything, taking care of all the garbage and leaving us with nothing to worry about. I even asked if I could help and they said no.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Dockside at Duke's provided not only a beautiful setting but also exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to create a truly unforgettable wedding experience!

As a professional wedding planner, I had the great joy of working a wedding here in August of 2023 and I was BLOWN AWAY by this venue, not only for it's views and architecture but also by it's company culture, customer service and love for clients. I have added this venue to our VIP Venue list for 2024+2025 which grants their clients a $200 discount on all wedding planning packages simply because we can't wait to work at this venue again!

Dockside @ Dukes was our dream wedding venue. The location on Lake Union is just magical. The outside area was perfect for our ceremony and cocktail hour and the inside was the best for dinner and dancing. The food was amazing we picked the Duke buffet package and were told by many guest how this was the best wedding food they have had and we agree. All the servers at our wedding were attentive and made sure our guest were taken care of. Katie is the venue & catering coordinator. She was very communicative and made sure all our details were documented so the day of wedding went smoothly. She responded to all my email questions quickly and efficiently. We were happy to find a venue that was all inclusive (catering, tables & chairs, linens, etc.) it made a huge difference and we didn't have to rent or hire too many vendors. I would highly recommend having your wedding or event at Dockside @ Dukes

Had a horrible experience at this joint. Went in to the bar for a drink with a group after an event and the bar staff were terribly rude, acted like they were super put-out that we dared come in 45 minutes before closing. Refused to serve more than one drink to me and then proceeded to serve an off-duty employee and her guest after then refusing our group saying, "we're shutting it down". I won't EVER go in there again.

Had the most beautiful wedding at Dockside at Dukes last weekend. I can’t rave about it enough. From our first visit over a year ago we were sold by the views of the water. Throughout this year we worked with Venue Coordinator Katie and she was a DREAM. Any question I had she answered, responded quickly, and was an overall joy to work with. We really leaned on her with help of timing and she had it all under control.Come the day of the wedding it was raining all day but had our heart set on an outside ceremony. We were able to make the decision just a few hours to have it outside and so glad we did! The sun came out right on time. Jessie and the rest of the staff were incredible. Kind, thorough, and so joyful throughout the day.The food is amazing! If you're wanting true PNW food for your wedding this is the place. The crab cakes apps were a huge hit. And the signature cocktails we were able to create with our drink package came out perfect. There are so many food and drink options we could have at our wedding. Loved having so many options!Overall cannot recommend Dockside enough. If you’re wanting a by the water venue with fantastic food, amazing staff, and stunning views this is the place to have your celebration!

Dockside is an iconic venue and is the epitome of a curated Seattle experience. We had not been to Duke’s prior to beginning our wedding planning, but they were highly recommended by our planners. We chose Duke’s based on their values: commitment to sustainability; a livable wage for its employees; and exceptional customer service. When we first came in to tour the space, Danae realized that we hadn’t been in and treated us to a crab cake. We were extremely impressed with the customer service and the kindness of the staff. Staff was clearly briefed beforehand, and thoughtfully greeted and congratulated the bride and groom by name throughout the night. The venue itself is situated along the waterfront, which allowed us to divide up the ceremony, dinner, and dancing sequentially, making the venue feel cohesive. Our 130 guests were comfortable with both the outdoor and indoor spaces. They loved photo opportunities on the patio at golden hour overlooking the marina. Duke’s catered a plated dinner for us, and was incredibly accommodating to our guests dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, and food allergies. Several guests actually chose to go back to Duke’s to dine again the day after the wedding, which is perhaps the best possible endorsement of the food! Thank you Danae and Duke’s for making our day special and for facilitating a fantastic meal.

I recently had a great dining experience at Duke's on Lake Union. The combination of a delicious meal, a stunning sunset, and a seat on the balcony with a view of Lake Union made for a truly memorable evening. The menu offered a variety of seafood options that were expertly prepared and bursting with flavour. To complement the meal, their cocktails were outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend Duke's for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic meal with a breathtaking view and fantastic cocktails.

We got married at Dockside and it was THE BEST. Our criteria when searching for a venue was one that was beautiful, accessible, and functional for both a ceremony and a reception. Dockside was all of this and more. In the planning, we primarily worked with Danae, who was very organized and communicative. She scheduled an initial walkthrough of the venue for us, and she organized a menu tasting night where we got to try the food options, and experience a sample venue arrangement. Both of these events were extremely useful (and fun!) to paint a picture of what the wedding evening would feel like. As the wedding neared, we worked with Katie who handled our pre-wedding onsite session and the complementary rehearsal/walkthrough. Katie was great to work with, and in particular we were super happy that she found a way to get us earlier access to the venue for things like cake and arbor drop-off. She was also ready with a variety of options when the weather the morning of our outdoor ceremony looked iffy. She emailed us before we could even ask what the options were, which was tremendously comforting and made us feel very cared for on the big day. The wedding itself went exactly according to plan. We used Dockside's chairs, tables, linens, cutlery, plates, etc. for the ceremony, which the staff setup and took down. We used Dockside also offered twinkle lights, bars, cocktail barrels, and some couches for a lounging space. The staff was professional and effective, and the buffet was accessible and nicely laid out. We had a dedicated server at our couple's table, which we greatly appreciated. The vegetarian and gluten-free special entrees were correctly handled, which was very important to us. Our guests absolutely loved the arrangement of the venue - with the dance floor near the patio doors, where Dockside had set up the bar and outdoor furniture. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice to host our wedding at Dockside. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quintessential Seattle wedding.

I made a reservation on Saturday and walked in at 3:15pm, was right on time. It wasn't until 3:26pm that we were sat. When we arrived at our table the waiter for our section walked by us several times and never acknowledged us, we never got water or even a hello. At 3:42 we left. That's 27 min of just sitting there with nothing when we had a reservation. Really unfortunate.

Very pleasant venue; the wine tasting and food pairing was great, and the musicians hired by the space were really good. The tables were comfortable and the space was well laid out. The staff were wonderful, especially the event coordinator Laney.

Dockside at Dukes is the event venue of the restaurant, Duke's Seafood. My husband and I had our wedding here. I can not stress how amazing everyone here is. Danae and Travis were incredible! We needed special meat option for religious reason and they were able to accommodate us. We also asked for Biryani as a cultural dish and we got so many compliments on it. The chef there is unmatched. We also had many kids attending and our nephew said the chicken strips were the best he's ever had! The food is amazing, the staff is amazing and the view at sunset is amazing! I can't recommend this place enough!
