I've ordered two pizzas from this location in the past month and a half. Different types but both times requested extra sauce. I blindly tip them when I pick up only to get the pizza home to discover that not only is there not extra sauce, there's almost no sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. The owner should fire the whole staff and close the place.

I placed a carry-out order over the phone and was told the pizza would be ready in about 15–22 minutes. I arrived at the store after 40 minutes — more than enough time — but the pizza still wasn’t ready. I was then asked to wait another 10 minutes.
This was quite disappointing. If a customer calls ahead and is given an estimated ready time, it’s reasonable to expect the order to be prepared by then. I value my time, and this experience showed a lack of consideration and organization. Definitely not what I expect from a brand like Domino’s.

My pizza was great as always, but I really wish they would stop advertising wings with sauce when they only drizzle it on. I even called to ask if my wings could be tossed in BBQ sauce rather than just drizzled, but I was told no.

Every experience I’ve had here has been fantastic. The staff members are always friendly, the service is always prompt and courteous, and my food is always delicious and clearly prepared with care. This isn’t the closest Domino’s location to my house, but I never go to the closer ones because I know they’ll get it right here every time. Shout out to the people who work so hard behind the counter — you are the backbone of the company and you are seen and truly appreciated!

Okay so I commonly order from here and probably more than we should. Today I ordered a small cheese pizza. If you eat pizza you know when food has been sitting out. Mind you. I live 3 blocks from the dominos. My pizza was cold like it’s been sitting. I tried to call and the “manager” basically said I was wrong. I’ve been in the service industry I litterally would have been fine with a free small pizza. She had a super attitude if I was the owner I would fire all of them didn’t catch her name but she know who she is and that’s why they get tipped when they do a great job and not when they don’t. Don’t get me wrong. It looks good but it’s obvious they just left it sitting.

Will NEVER Get food from here ever again. Didn't get everything I ordered. Went to the place where it was delivered from. The lady in charge reimbursed my money and corrected the order. But they were making pizza using all raw ingredients and using the computer and phone without washing hands. So gross. Never ever order from them again. Like literally holding pizza dough in one hand and typing on a computer without gloves. ?
Set up an online delivery two days in advance for a kid birthday party. Called the morning of the party to confirm the order and the delivery time.
The delivery didn't show up at the scheduled time. I called to find out where it was, and was told it was going to be *at least* 45-60 minutes late. No pizza for the birthday; order cancelled.
What is the point of setting up an order ahead of time if the location won't prioritize your order when they get busy?

For delays, there should be a messaging or a warning system in place to let customer know long than expected wait times. This should be told ether by a phone call or a auto message. I ordered and it was 25 mins after the tracker said it was being looked over. However, the pizzas were not even baked yet and I would have to wait even an addition 5 to 10 min for a driver plus the time it takes to bake any number of pizzas but my order was two which would take at least 7-8 min then wait for delivery if mine was the only one. If there is a slow down you have to let your customers know so they can determine if they want to wait the additional time and nothing is wasted.
