They never knock or ring door bell. I’ve multiple times for them to ring the door bell and the delivery person doesn’t do it. My pizza is always cold because I don’t know when it’s delivered.

I ordered online for in store pickup and it said it would be ready in 15 min. I arrive to Dominos 15 min later and they say it won't be ready for another 30 min. Online tracking said it would be ready within 10 min. Had to cancel my order and wasted time driving there. A heads up would've been nice hence the poor rating.

Ordered my pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive at my house. It showed up cold and the Parmesan bread bites didn't have any cheese, they literally were just pieces of bread. This is absolutely unacceptable and have never had such a horrible experience with this company and most likely will not order pizza from them anymore.

Order your delivery in advance and factor in that they will deliver it late no matter what. Even when I schedule a delivery in advance and select a delivery time, they are consistently 20-30 minutes late. Super frustrating when working on a schedule.

It arrived 30 minutes late (estimate 50 min max, received it 1.5 hours later), ice cold - the pic of the pizza on my plate is me microwaving it. The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box where it had been sitting so long. With taxes and everything all in this was a $43 medium pizza. Unreal. And the offer upon complaint was a free medium pizza to have another horrible experience with them. No thanks, I’ll pass.

I ordered 2 large pizzas for my 4 year old twins 4 th birthday party @ a local playground. The pizzas arrived on time. The driver had to walk quite a distance to get to us - zero complaints! The pizza tasted good and was warm. The manager adjusted the price when the total was higher than what I had been quoted. Zeeks wanted $35 for one large pizza and their pizza is only mediocre. I rec'd 2 large pizzas for $33 plus tip from Dominos. They are doing a great job here! Order from them. You can count on the service!

I called last Sunday my food arrived cold, they said they would credit my account nothing happened I called again after several several several hang ups I got through for them to tell me they don't credit accounts at all. They didn't even offer me new HOT food. If you want Hot food don't order here. And be advised they rarely answer there phone. Was not friendly. More like kids trying to figure out how to to understand s pizza place. Need more experience. You get return customers if the food is hot and there happy. Not happy here. Wasted 85 bucks not including tip. Very disappointing all the way around.
