I've been buying pizza from this place for the last two years with no problem, but this time with the new staff they screwed up. When I placed the order online was said 7 to 15 minutes, I went there after 10 minutes to pick up the order the guy was on the phone for at least five minutes which is 15 minutes total. And then he told me they need 10 more minutes to have it ready. Total 25 minutes. I waited for another 5 minutes and I went back to them to see if it's ready. Again he said 10 minutes. The total became 30 minutes, I had only 30 minutes for my lunchtime. I left the store without taking my pizza just because it wasn’t ready, I had to leave because I was getting late to clock back in to work.

Marked my pizza delivery as delivered and my apartment footage shows the driver leaving with my pizza and not leaving it. Called to get refund and said a manger would contact me days ago, and every time I call back they hang up on me

Colin drove by me to go to another delivery Come to find out 3 of us were waiting for our orders at the w hotel. Worst expierence with dominoes ever. Then you can’t even get a refund. 80 dollar order 15bdollars was a tip, and I got a free medium pizza Super cool of them.

The manager on shift tonight (4/17) was an absolute legend. Ordered in a bit late, a lot of people had the same idea so they were pretty busy 10 mins before closed. The manager ran the store extremely well and was super kind to me even though I annoyingly ordered super late. Get this man a RAISE!!! he deserves the world + plus the delivery drivers too, they were badass

Everyone must be held accountable for their actions. John and tonight's team have shown a shocking lack of accountability. I placed an online order that was unacceptable—I couldn't even eat it with my colleagues. When I called to speak with the manager about getting it remade or finding a solution, I was left on hold for 40 minutes. When I tried to call back, I was ignored, and they kept hanging up on me. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
