I express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery experience. I placed an order with the expectation of home delivery, a service I specifically paid for. However, upon arrival, the delivery man requested that I collect the order myself in front of the building, rather than delivering it to my doorstep. This is unacceptable, as I paid a delivery fee for the convenience of having my purchase brought directly to my place.

Ordered a pizza last night, it was incorrect, not matching with what I ordered, it was incorrect the day before also. The younger girl I think supervisor on duty argued with me last night, telling me what I ordered, but she was wrong. Then didn't apologize after I showed her my order. She should not be in customer service. It's not the right job for her, it seems too stressful for her. She doesn't know how to treat customers. This is the worst Domino's in America. Why do you make it difficult for people to want to spend money here? Franchise owner- customer service training is important, help your staff so your location can do better. This location used to have the best pizza and service. CM

Watched a delivery driver come in and handle food without washing hands or wearing gloves. When I questioned them about it, I was pretty shocked by the response by the manager. Just disappointed all around.

The app is terrible. I spent so much time on the order that I had to skip lunch and try to go there later.
Hard to give the food 1 star bc it didn’t even show up! How does it take an hour to “quality check” a pizza? There are very few options late at night in this city, and actions like this make this pizza lover very hesitant to ever go to a Dominos again. Pizza was ordered at 11:20, 40 min til close, which shouldn’t be a problem. Now with the delay, we can’t get in touch with the store. We have now wasted $36 for food and a lot of time that we could have spent elsewhere. This Dominos and many others are going to continue losing customers and money should they continue to do this.

Most memorable food stories happen here on Saturday. The Friday dinner time is easy the staff is waiting for orders, the restaurant is empty, there are comfortable seats and customers can use bar seats and watch pizzas being made and talk to staff. They will remember your names if you order with coupons online. The price makes perfect sense.

I was stuck at the Amtrak station. I called and placed an order. It was a 7 minute walk away. It was just coming out of the oven when I arrived. The pizza brought sanity to my kids while we waited for the train. Thanks!
P.S.: Put a flyer in the King St train station and save others!

The pizzas are great and they are made accurately most of the time. My only critique is it's 50/50 if they do a pie or square cut correctly according to the order instructions.
The ready estimates they give are pretty accurate.

Placed online for carry out. There was nobody here in store placing orders or picking up. My order showed ready for pick up on the screen. Employees were just talking and doing there thing after making eye contact with me multiple times and None bothered to ask if I needed assistance with anything

Ordered a pizza at 10:30pm everything went smooth until they started to deliver it the guy was randomly driving around the store then all of a sudden it said order completed I thought maybe they are close so I waited until 11:30ish and I tried to contact to see what happened and I got no response so I tried to order again and they just cancelled my order. Lazy workers

Bad experience with dominos. I understand they are probably very busy on Saturday night’s. I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and called to ask for an update, I didn’t even get a word in when the worker on the other line answered and said I was 4th in line and the sooner he gets off the phone with me the sooner he will get the pizza made. Very rude customer service. Again, I understand if they are super busy. I have worked in the food service before and never once would say that to a paying customer.
it took about an hour to get our food, apparently no even made it half an hour in so we had to keep waiting our wings were out first and were ordered last and when we received there were all cold due to us still waiting on the pizza. disappointed ☹️
