Worst Domino’s experience I’ve had.

Placed a prepaid delivery order at 9:27 PM with an estimated delivery time of 42–57 minutes. The food never arrived. Even after waiting well over an hour and half even still at 11:17 pm the tracker was stuck on “Quality Check” with no updates or communication.

Tried calling the store and contacting customer support but got no response. Completely unacceptable service, especially late at night when people rely on delivery.

If an order can’t be fulfilled, customers should at least be notified instead of being left waiting. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again.

Minimum $25 order for delivery? How the hell am I supposed to use my coupon and rewards points then, order two pizzas? That is actually ridiculous.

Oh also, for the love of god answer your phones. I’ve been on hold with you guys for 30 minutes twice now, though frankly I don’t know why I’m bothering. The quality of your food is not good enough to have this low quality of service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location today. I placed my order around **5:25–5:30 PM**, and the app/store told me it would be ready in **12–15 minutes**, with a pickup time by **5:55 PM**. When I reached the store, I waited another **5–10 minutes**, only to be told that my order wasn’t ready and I would need to wait **another 40 minutes**.

If the order was going to take that long, they should not promise 12–15 minutes. It is very misleading and unprofessional.

The staff member who spoke to me was extremely rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she told me, *“You can leave, goodbye,”* and simply refunded my payment. There was absolutely **no apology**, no courtesy, and no basic customer service.

Additionally, I noticed that some staff were preparing food **without gloves or hair coverings**, and then handling payments as well. This is unacceptable for hygiene and safety standards.

I did not go there for free food — I had **paid** for my order and expected the service I was promised. Instead, I was treated poorly and left without the order after wasting almost half an hour.

Very unprofessional, unhygienic, and disappointing experience. Domino’s needs to seriously improve both **customer service** and **food safety standards** at this store

I had a very bad experience at this Domino’s location today.** I placed my order around 5:25–5:30 PM and was told it would be ready in **12–15 minutes**. The app also showed a pickup time of **5:55 PM**. When I reached the store, I waited for about 5–10 minutes, and then a staff member came out and told me that my order was **not even started** and that I would need to wait **another 40 minutes**.

On top of the delay, **her attitude was extremely rude**. Instead of apologizing or explaining properly, she spoke very dismissively, as if it was my fault for coming on time. This is not acceptable customer service. If the order was going to take longer, they should have updated the app or informed me politely.

Very disappointed with the service today.

Ordered three pizzas, two of them were with beef. But I got it with PORK!!!!! My family almost had digestive issues after and I felt TERRIBLE. Reached out to customer service, all they could do is give me ONE free pizzas whereas my order HAD TWO MESSED UP PIZZAS!! How can you fix it?

Wrong pizza delivered. Tried to contact the store. No one picked up the phone for 15 mins. Got in touch with someone from the store after that and they put me on hold for an hour. Pretty unprofessional.

This place used to be pretty bad, but it is above and beyond now as far as a city Domino's can go. The people are kind now and even if a mistake happens they know how to make it right. Thank you guys!

Classic over promise under deliver we could see on the app that that pizza sat there for almost an hour before we had to call the store to cancel the order. Then somehow it was miraculously on the way to us. Don't have an app telling me it'll take 25 minutes to deliver then showing me how long my food is sitting undelivered if it's going to take an hour to get it to me.

Not sure if it was the delivery person's first delivery. But my pizza came to me all messed up. Didn't bring the dipping sauce either. I left a statement saying this in the after delivery review and no one replied back. I don't think I will be using this place anymore.

Getting food at this dominos is like playing Russian roulette. About 50% of the time the food is solid, 25% of the time it’s acceptable, 25% of the time it’s utter garbage. Overcooked/burnt pizza with little to no sauce and missing toppings. They have also forgotten to put the cheese in the cheesy garlic bread before which was pretty funny.
