Ordered a two liter coke and had to wait for the driver to come back from a delivery order before I could grab it. I get everyone was busy but as someone who works in the industry, passing someone their order of just their drink shouldn’t take that long.

I had a late night craving and got the garlic Parmesan bread bites just now. I came home and opened the box to find out there’s literally no butter inside and the bread bites are dry. It’s basically bread dusted with Parmesan.

I've stopped ordering delivery since I can only get delivery from this location. The pizzas don't look or taste as good as other locations like 714 Taylor Ave, and often, what gets delivered isn't correct (this location tends to ignore instructions like 'well done' or 'no garlic-seasoned crust'). Try another location - you'll be happier.

The delivery service at this Domino's specifically is consistent, polite, genuine, and efficient. Although the pizza was not as fresh as I'm used to from this location was a bit dry and warm, but that's not the norm..

Pathetic services, my last 3 orders got delivered to me almost 1hr late, and everytime I call them they say that they are short staffed.

The manager messed up my carry out order and when I got to the hotel I called and she looked and said they messed up. I asked to fix it and she said she would but it would be $8 to deliver to my hotel 1/2 mile away, and I would have to walk back to get it. I asked her to deliver it that I did not want to walk back and she then hung up on me. I called back and she said she hung up because I was rude but I did not pay for delivery so I would have to come get it. I asked for her name and she refused to give it and then I asked for the proprietors name and number and she said look it up and hung up again. A medium thin crust with 16oz. Soda was over $30. Stay away from Dominoes for pricing gimics alone not to mention disgruntled and nasty staff.

First 3 months of ordering take out here was great. Pizza made to perfection, worth a good review. My last 3 months, leading up to now, not even worth ordering a Free pizza. I think they switched pizza guys, now I’m reminded why I said I was done with this domino’s. Pizza dry, no one washes hands, come str8 from outside on a bike, str8 to the kitchen touching food. Nobody has gloves, just unnerving.

So not sure if man bun squad were high as a kite or mute but we walked in to pick up a carry out order and checked in on the touch screen. No one said hello or even acknowledged we existed. The mobile man bun squad was attempting to get one of their pizza bike contraptions out of the front doors and the only human word spoken to us after 15 minutes of standing there awkwardly was “Excuse me” when one of them needed to grab his bike helmet. Someone finally came over and asked for our name and then we said we were paying cash. Head man bun came over, took the cash, and gave us our change, without saying a single word and looking like he had just hit a blunt and was contemplating the meaning of life. Not to mention that we paid $40 for two small gluten free pizzas with virtually no toppings on them.
Ordered 2 pizza and 2 side breads for the staff of the Ellington. Good food and what a deal.

Dekari and Johnny’s customer service was 10/10. I was given the wrong pizza at delivery and they went above and beyond to get a replacement pizza delivered.
