Customer service was terrible I didn’t get my order and they couldn’t issue me a refund and they were rude.

On multiple occasions we have placed an order with this location, to then have to call 60 minutes later to ask about our order, and have been told that’s it’s been forgotten, or most recently they were too busy and it would be another hour. We will not ever order from this location again.

I’d leave zero stars if I could, I waited over an hour in the parking lot for single pizza, I went in to see if it was done & was told they would start making it, in the span of an hour they said they were gonna make it 3 times & never did. Terrible service go to the other location on California road to not waist your time!

I ordered here once. They delivered the wrong order. They said they give me a new order. That order never showed up. Had to call them back then they finally delivered after like 3 hours.

Ordered from them a second time. Thought to give them another chance. Never again. It’s been two hours. Still haven’t gotten my order. I called after an hour and just said that they were backed up. I can’t understand being busy, but 2+ hrs?!

This is a fairly representative franchise of the large national chain of pizza restaurants. It is designed for delivery or carry-out, so there is no dine-in atmosphere. It is clean and pleasant, but explicitly not to hang out in (I don't think there are chairs at all, let alone tables). But no one expects to stay, so no shade regarding that. The pizza is consistent and, if picking up in store, is relatively cheap. Delivery costs an extra charge (almost equivalent to a small pizza) and then tip for the driver. (The drivers do not receive any of the delivery fees, so the tip is the only thing going directly to them. Be generous!)

Vegetarian options: It's pizza. Pick your toppings. Don't choose the meat options.

Parking: A couple spots in front are plenty. No one is hanging out for long.

I ordered a pizza around 7:30pm, after almost a two hour wait the tracker said it had arrived, but it hadn't. My balcony overlooks my apartments parking lot entrance/exit, I had been out there watching for the delivery driver (I wanted to intercept them before my dogs could start barking and wake up the baby). But the driver never even made it to my complex.
I called the store and told the girl who answered that I still hasn't received my pizza. She proceeded to talk to someone in the background, then hung up on me.
Pizza never came, they wouldn't give me a refund, and the customer service was non-existent.

It’s been two hours and I still haven’t received my order. When I called to check on my order, the worker seemed irritated and hung up when asked if he saw my order # or not. First and last time ordering from this place. Terrible customer service.

Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza less than a mile. Pizza arrived cold and seemed old. Also the order was half wrong. Zero apology, zero communication, zero explanation. Delivery driver showed up to my door and just said "hey", opened her bag and made me get all the food out on my own. Don't order from here and expect even remotely decent service.I would rate lower if I could.

Such a friendly store! My daughter and I stopped by to ask for a pizza box for a craft project. They were slammed, making pizzas like crazy but the young man that came to the counter couldn’t have been nicer. He acted like it was very important to get my kindergartner a pizza box for her project. He just made a customer for life!

I order curbside delivery a couple times a month and the food has always been good. Today I tried Pasta. Imagine my surprise when I was expecting to receive something like the photo on their website, but instead my pan was only half full and burned. Of course I didn't see it until I was already at home. I wonder if this is the norm. I may try again to see, as it was tasty.

Parking: There are always spaces available to park in the lot shared with another restaurant and gas station.

Very bad service, they serve reluctantly ?, I ordered them something and they got angry so why should they work here if everything bothers them.
