Very unprofessional service

No cleanliness and they rack up charges on your card and claim to not know how to refund

Not at all a place you should order food from.

Workers smell and are very unclean..went from taking order on computer and exchanging cash back to making pizza all with the same bare dirty hands

Eating while preparing the food as well.

Ordered take out, but it took one hour to fulfill. The place inside was total chaos, never saw such a badly run pizza joint.

Pregnant women in need of a bathroom the person working let me use the bathroom. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Get informed it arrived by the app…no knock, no doorbell. Check outside. Nothing. Call repeatedly, no answer.

Finally a drive to the store. They call the driver. He decided to leave it in my back yard, for reasons beyond the understanding of any rational person.

I ordered some pizza for students to be delivered at 12:50pm today because students would be walking into class at 1:10pm. I tipped and asked for plates & that the pizza not be cut so I could make sure students got equal amounts. However, they delivered the pizza at 12:23pm!, without plates and they cut the pizza. As a result, I had to reheat the pizza, had no plates & students didn't get equal amounts. I had to wait for the plates to be delivered after my students were already in class after the pizza was already reheated. Next time I'm not tipping until after delivery.

I received VERY good customer service here. I had a dilemma with a different pizza place (not dominos) who had cancelled my order for 16 pizzas for no reason. It was for a lunch party and I could not return without any food. I came to this location hoping for a miracle. I asked the lady working here if I could place an order for 16 pizzas and if I could get it within an hour. She was so extremely helpful and had no problem getting my order asap. She was able to finish 16 pizzas within 30min! I don’t know what I would’ve done if it weren’t for her saving my lunch party!

It’s decent for what you get!

They’re understaffed which makes getting the food a bit longer. I once waited almost 2 hours for the pizza but it was a Friday night to be fair. Just plan ahead and order early! I will say the few times I went in there the staff have been great (regardless).

Ordered through the app on 8/3/2024. I got the notification 20 minutes later that my pizza was ready. I go to pick it up and apparently it wasn't actually quite ready. Then I think the person who was working was not paying attention and I think my pizza fell on the ground? I just saw him around the back of the oven staring at the ground. Right after that he said I need to remake your pizza because it was the wrong ingredients.

I ordered delivery and my order was cancelled. I was told to call to find out why. I called and they said they weren't offering delivery, but I could reorder and do carry out. I was fine with this so I reordered. I get there when it says it was finished and the directions say to park in the garage... There are no directions beyond this so once in the garage I call again for further instructions. I am then told my order is not actually ready and it will be a couple hours because they were busy doing other things and haven't actually gotten around to making order. I just asked them to cancel my order. I understand if they were understaffed or having issues, I just feel this could have been related to me in the first phone call when my delivery order was cancelled instead of just asking me to change it to carryout.

I placed a carryout order online on May 30th. When I arrived to pick it up, the order was still being prepared even though employees were just standing around. The overall cleanliness of the store was concerning. Receipt papers were scattered around the cashier station, and the prep area looked filthy and unkempt. To make matters worse, the cashier didn't acknowledge me while I waited and continued texting on their phone instead of taking my payment. While I understand wait times can happen, the unprofessional behavior and uncleanliness detracted from the experience. It would be helpful if staff could acknowledge customers waiting for their orders, prioritize cleanliness, and avoid using profanity in front of customers. On top of that, I think it's outrageous that Domino's charges $1.20 for a tiny pack of salad dressing, marinara sauce, etc.
