I'm originally from Peru and this is a solid choice if you want to try some Peruvian food in Seattle.
MUST HAVE: Lomo Saltado. Juicy, full of flavor, tender. Definitely have to try it if you go.
The ceviche wasn't bad but it felt like there was a tad too much lime compared to the seasonings. The ratio felt a bit off. This was the standard ceviche not the spicy version.
Chica morada (drink) was not bad but was missing some of the apple and sweetness to it.
Plantains were hot. Not my favorite but the person I came with was a fan.
Alfajores were too delicate and crumbled in hand. Good flavor but broke so easily. Perhaps because they were thinner than normal. Need some thickness so it doesn't fall apart easily. Traditional alfajores keep their consistency.

Don Lucho's is one of the few Peruvian places in the area that I'm aware of. I appreciate the vegan options, there are about 3 on the menu and I think more could be made vegan if requested. Our server was kind and let me know which sauces were vegan. The Yuca fries are sooo good!

Everything we have had here has been good, but our favorites are the Saltados. Also, the employees are really nice.
Everything was delicious! The ceviche carretero was my favorite and the fried yucas were amazing!! Piero was super nice and everything came out quick! Will definitely come back
