The biggest problem here is one specific employee a young guy, around 20–25. He consistently doesn’t respect customers’ time. Even when the food is already ready, he doesn’t tell you, even if he clearly sees you waiting inside. The same thing happens with pickup orders, he doesn’t mark the order as “ready” in the app, so you end up waiting for no reason.
I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s been the same issue every time because of him.

Food at the Doner Box is the best, and while this restaurant is especially good for takeout, it does have some seating available. It’s been a favorite restaurant of ours for lunch on repeat visits.
Service is not necessarily warm, but is polite, direct, and business-like, which is fine, the food is outstanding and the real star.
The assortment of choices and sauces to fill the doner box have been my favorite. The wraps are also good, can’t speak to the sandwiches or the bread.
Fair warning, many of their menu options are served with spice - if you have a bland palette or the mere thought of spice makes you sweat, you might consider other options.
Their refrigerator is filled with drink items that match the menu options, and has some winners.
If you’re up for flavor and food with a kick, look no further than Doner Box - your taste buds will not be disappointed.

the doner meat was just awful. Doner lamb beef wrap tasted like it would vegan with how much cabbage and lettuce there was. Don’t even get me started on the meat itself, it was dry as hell and had 0 flavor. Tasted like vegan Trader Joe’s imitation doner. I would suggest going here if you wanted to feel like your money was well wasted & if you wanted to still be hungry post grub

I had an amazing experience at this kebab shop! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked easily one of the best kebabs I’ve had in a long time. The service was outstanding as well. Julio, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he serves. Highly recommend this place great food, great people, and great vibes all around!

I was quite excited to find doner on our short trip to Seattle. Unfortunately what i received was, well, interesting at best. Why call yourself a “doner” place if all you sell is gyro? Mid restaurant depo gyro at that.
I almost NEVER review places. I was going to let it be. The initial bites where just the fillings —cucumber, lettuce,etc. As i bit further into it i encountered what could only be described as a pile of processed, funny tasting, rubbery sheets. So many of them. I had to end it there.
The fries were good though. Except for when i found a piece of hair in it. Eat if you dare i guess.
