It's a first come first serve basis place, so that means you have to find your own seat and place yourself. Nobody to monitor who came first or assign seats or manage the waiting lines. So anybody can just walk in and find a seat and be seated wherever it's empty. While this is good if the place is empty. But not on a weekend.! We thought the people who enter maintain a line..but they were all just going ahead even when there were people who had come before them...so...
Donna’s pulls a lively crowd, and walking in during the first happy hour set the tone right away. The place was packed, energy high, and they even had Death Note playing on a projector in the bathroom which gave the spot a quirky charm. Most drinks and all pastas drop to $10 during happy hour, which makes it feel like a solid deal. Incredible happy hour pasta deal that was a huge portion and very good quality. Drinks are unique and delicious (loved the tomato basil twist on a martini). Low lighting and crowded, but I think that only adds to the ambiance.
