Only lowered to a single star to communicate the urgency that the integrity of your cups need to be inspected. Otherwise, service and drink quality are still top notch. Happy to remove the one star should this issue be addressed immediately.

Dietary restrictions: they have non-dairy and alternative milks. you can also always get tea without any milks. I recommend the jasmine green tea!

Not entirely disappointed but wouldn’t return. My taro milk tea I got 0% sweetness which I’m glad I did, it was surprisingly not sweet (some places they have taro presweetened) BUT their actual boba was just WAY too sweet. It was overpowering actually. And they gave so much boba- which normally wouldn’t be a problem but due to how sweet it was it was a problem. Again I drank my drink BUT I wish their boba wasn’t as sweet so I won’t return.
