Stopped in finally earlier this year and was very impressed with the selection and quality of the doughnuts. Went with non-vegan friends and couple times now and they always say the doughnuts are amazing too. Seasonal flavours makes for good variety when going back. I've only been to the location in Ballard, parking has been not bad each time, never had an issue getting a seat to enjoy our doughnuts. Have always had friendly staff and the location is decorated very cute.

The fritters here are the best thing - the blueberry fritter is one of the best I’ve had. I haven’t really been blown away by the rest of their donuts in general, but they do have fun flavors and good to grab a dozen to share with friends. Also love that the default for espresso drinks is oat milk - big fun of the iced oat latte.

Dough Joy is the best and their donuts are amazing (not just good for vegan donuts, but actually just great). Their old fashioned is sooo good and they are so friendly as well.
They've got delicious doughnuts that change weekly and seasonally, and the same can be said about the drinks. Well worth a try. I'm not really a sweets person, but they're really good! Sometimes they put out a doughnut or drink that I just can't resist.
Also, the store is aesthetically pleasing, cute, plays good music, and supports LGBTQ rights. What else could you want?

I've loved watching Dough Joy go from a food truck to multiple permanent stores. Their basic b and maple bar are the winners. Some of the icings flavors taste a bit weird/ too sweet to me, but maybe they just aren't my thing?
