I made a reservation online for 6:30 on a Saturday, and when I got there it was completely closed with no-one inside. And now their website is down -- not sure what's happening but wish someone had called or emailed so I didn't waste my time going down there.

Not sure what's happening, but we made an online order on January 3, 2025 and paid for the pizza online. When I went to pick it up they were closed. We called again today and no one answered. So do not make an online order because you will pay for the pizza and potentially not get the pizza. It's a bummer because they have been good in the past. They definitely need to pause their online ordering system if they aren't open.

I would have given a 0 star for service if possible, the curly hair lady was so incredibly rude there. I am their regular customer for 2 years now, my order is always the same PENNE CHICKEN PESTO WITH SALAD(Cucumbers olives Ranch nd cheese no LETTUCE) everyone that I have seen there working knows my order. I have never seen her before working there and she says she’s the manager. But whtever I gave her my exact same order that I do EVERY WEEK. This is the first time I have dealt with this lady. She brings in my order with LETTUCE in it, I told her that I didn’t wanted lettuce nd I asked for Cucumbers olives Ranch nd cheese only to which she replied “this is salad” I said yes but I didn’t wanted lettuce nd she goes “when u said salad I gave u the salad” nd at this point am annoyed, nd I told her that yes u gave me the salad but I specifically asked for no lettuce nd there’s lettuce in my salad to which she very rude replied “I GAVE YOU THE SALAD ITS THE SALAD” nd walks away to other costumers, while am sitting there in a complete shock if that’s a way to deal with customers! I work in customer services myself nd I have never seen anyone this rude nd ignorant. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager! So Miss manager it would be great if you switch jobs bcoz customer services is definitely not the one for u. I walked out of the restaurant nd didn’t eat a thing! She ruined my dinner nd my day. Nd the sad part is am never returning to the restaurant even tho I love the food nd I have been coming here for 2 years now! Sadly she ruined it for me. Nd not just tht my manager nd I love Italian food nd I was making plans with her to bring her to try one of their pastas! Thank you missy u ruined a lot for me

This is some of the best Italian food I have eaten in a while. They also have gluten- free option. Great Happy Hour menu on food and drinks. The bread on the sub sandwiches was to die for.

The pizza is SO delicious and we had the sweetest waitress. The only negative was that employees (and maybe some customers too) frequently went right outside the front door to smoke and all the heavy smoke would waft in every time someone came in or out which negatively affected the taste of the food and created an allergic reaction for one of us.

Best pizza in Seattle

They are really nice but the food, especially the wings are really not good. Ceasar salad small is enough for several days. It was great.

This is not just a pizza place. They have a large menu including salads, calzones, pizza, many types of pasta and hat and cold sub. They also have plenty of seating for in restaurant eating and a bar. We chose 2 baked pasta dinners and were happy with our choices. They come with a fairly large salad (including tomatoes, cheese and olives) and garlic bread. I'm a cheese lover and my baked pasta can with lots of melted cheese on top. The women serving the tables was fabulous. She was prompt efficient, helpful and friendly. If this place was in my home town I would go often.

It was fairly empty when I arrived, but there was a good amount of takeout business going on. This meal really hit the spot after a long day at work, and was a good deal for the quality of food. The guy serving me was super friendly. The wings were pretty good, they were cooked perfectly and tossed in a good amount of BBQ sauce, served piping hot.Crust: 5/5 - I ordered the thin crust and was surprised it was as thick as what I'd call traditional. That's just their style, and he confirmed that their traditional is much thicker. It had a great texture, was cooked perfectly, and nice sweet flavor.Sauce: 5/5 - Great flavor and not too acidic. Just the right amount portioned.Toppings: 4/5 - Their mozzarella is on the salty side, but I quite liked it. Great texture, good quality cheese. There was a good amount tasty pepperoni, but I'm a believer that a single top pepperoni should be above the cheese to get crispy when it cooks.Preparation: 5/5 - The pie looked and tasted great.
