For the size/luxury of the 1 Hotel I expected a larger bar area and broader selection. Didn't see any beers on tap as available either and cocktails didn't engage me. Perfectly fine option if you're staying at the hotel, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here otherwise.
Loved the vibe here ! cool, relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for hanging out. Food was really good, service was friendly and on point, and the cocktails were a standout. Would definitely come back.
Enjoyable breakfast in a comfortable setting with pricing that sits above the value delivered. The eggs benedict was excellent and stands out among Seattle options. At nearly $100 for two guests with coffee for breakfast, the experience feels best suited for those using a hotel credit inside 1 Hotel Seattle.
