Was going to also say a Hidden Gem is right. I have been here a few times precisely so after Saturday protest went with friends who were visiting from out of town. They loved the decor. Our sever Monika is perfect. Can't wait when Im bad in area for my yummy 7$ glass of glass.
Drift is a hidden gem tucked into the first floor of 1 Hotel Seattle. We stopped in not knowing exactly what to expect and were genuinely impressed. The space feels upscale but relaxed — a great atmosphere for both casual dining or a stylish drink at the bar.

My family & I came to Drift for a delightful Mother’s Day lunch on its very first weekend open. We were wonderfully impressed with the delicious dishes- all so fresh tasting & primarily locally sourced. The ambience is so nice with a focus on natural elements. The staff (Sasha & Jordan) went above & beyond taking care of us & making divine drinks, some even on the house. We live nearby so we’ll definitely be going back again & it will probably become...
