Ended up at Drift for drinks after dinner when we made it back to the hotel. We sat at the bar and had some awesome cocktails from Leo! Tyler was also great. Would definitely come again. Try the Puget Fog!

Was going to also say a Hidden Gem is right. I have been here a few times precisely so after Saturday protest went with friends who were visiting from out of town. They loved the decor. Our sever Monika is perfect. Can't wait when Im bad in area for my yummy 7$ glass of glass.

Drift is a hidden gem tucked into the first floor of 1 Hotel Seattle. We stopped in not knowing exactly what to expect and were genuinely impressed. The space feels upscale but relaxed — a great atmosphere for both casual dining or a stylish drink at the bar.

We shared a few dishes, and everything was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. The beet hummus platter with pita and veggies was simple but flavorful and really fun to snack on. The shrimp wellness...
