The HUB is great but this place has mediocre food and semi friendly service and not only that it’s expensive, even with an employee discount . Go to Pagliacci next door instead

I was sightseeing along the pier area and saw the Great State Burger and decided to try it. The lady behind the counter was helpful and cheerful. There was a very short wait for my food and then I lit in. The cheeseburger had a really good flavor and the fries were just right. Having a sweet tooth, I relished my chocolate shake. Good place to eat and right on the pier area.

I tried calling to verify the hours, and the woman on the phone was neither helpful nor friendly! Bottom line, she was rude and nasty, without any provocation! I will never eat here because of that and I strongly suggest that others don't as well!

yo why tf my burger come out like this ?

Not the best burger ever, but I always get the lil cheese two for 5$ and it’s literally two burgers. Never had an issue.

Have unfortunately had them a few times in a few locations. Each time the burger was dry and completely lacking in flavor. I guess people like the retro feel of it or maybe they feel like they're getting something good because it's cooked to order, but honestly it would be an overstatement to say these burgers are below average.

Staff was very rude, AND they don't accept cash, which is ridiculous.

Fries were done perfectly. Burgers were juicy with plenty of cheese. I got the Meatless burger while my wife got the Boss burger. Would come back!

Great fast food style burger place. If you need a quick and fresh burger this is your place. Our burgers were hot, fresh, and delicious!

Impossible Burgers and awesome fries. Granted, it's hip as h*ll, but don't care. It's good and they have free stickers (don't judge). The dipping sauces for fries are great. If you haven't had a proper Impossible Burger, start here. I was bummed when Sumo Dog moved out, but this is totally worth it.

I had to wait hella long for my food⏳A gentleman had to go around with a notepad & re-take orders. Food tastes like any other burger place, and the food tastes better with the sauces.
