Solid coffee shop with a nice cozy atmosphere! The coffee is solid, and the hospitality and service is neighborly! I usually come to this shop when I come and get my hair cut and have some time to burn

Wonderful owner
Our coffees were spot on (iced & hot). Alex was welcoming and very pleasant.
Atmosphere is low key and comfortable. We'll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I had the spicy mocha and it was fantastic! For some reason the two people working there were not especially welcoming. No eye contact, no smiles, totally looked the opposite direction when we said thank you, and then just wandered off.

We were really liking the cold brew at this place as it was smooth and only needed a splash of half and half. We drive 10 mins one way to pick it up. The other day, the cold brew was undrinkable even after adding water, half and half, creamer, etc.. I let the staff know and they said they weren't sure what the issue was, that maybe it had sat for too long or something. We may give it another chance, as we are hoping this was a fluke but we'll see.
I spent over an hour and a half traveling to and from this coffee shop, only to be disappointed. The latte I ordered was undrinkable, comparable to what you'd get from a chain using generic, low-quality coffee beans. Seattle truly spoiled me with its specialty coffee, so my standards are quite high now. Sorry, Dubsea Coffee, but you don't live up to the specialty coffee reputation this region is famous for.

Wow wow wow! I come here before work way too often, it’s honestly draining my funds. The staff is kind, they all make an effort to learn about their customers, and I can’t help but love them. They even gave me dentist recommendations for my root canal! I love to buy plants from this shop as well, and I love the art exhibits displayed.

Just happened to be in the neighborhood and navigated to the nearest coffee shop. This was such a pleasant, unexpected, cute find! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, ample seating, and more!

I've had both the chai latte and a vanilla latte here and both were amazing!! A bit on the expensive side but yummy. Barista was really nice and friendly. She was running both the cashier and coffee bar though, I felt kind of bad. Felt like it would be helpful to have another staff person there. Besides that, good drinks and plenty of seating inside.
