The house-made noodles are outstanding! The pak mor salad bowl was delicious: refreshing, crisp veggies, and the noodles were as light as clouds. The pad see ew was also great; again, the noodles made it really special. The place is airy and bright. The people working there were so friendly and attentive to our needs. The owner, in particular, is so welcoming of customers and feedback. I'll be back and hope others support this place!

Food was very tasty. It had all the different textures and flavors from savory, sweet, spicy, etc. We hadn’t tried any of the dishes before and ordered Pak Mor Yuon which are these pork filled wraps. The sauce was crazy good, tasted fresh and limey. Also ordered Su Kho Thai and it was delicious. It had different types of meat, all textures and amazing broth.

This sweet little Thai restaurant packs a big punch in flavor. The menu is extensive and can feel overwhelming- but both times I’ve been there I’ve gotten solid guidance from the staff on what to order. The best dish, hands down, like best thing my taste buds have ever experienced is their Pak Mor Yuan or rice dumplings filled with Pork or Dumplings. Highly recommend a meal here.

Amazing spot with unique and delicious options. Small and casual yet cozy. Counter order but they bus and it was great service all around.
Ordered the Pak Mor Youn, pad kee mao and beef soup and Thai ice tea. My dining partner had one of the pork dishes with noodles.
Loved all the food. They make the noodles in house and I want to explore those more. Pak Mor youn was really delicious and fun. Pad kee mao packed with flavor. The beef soup was really good.
Dietary restrictions well labeled. Lots of gluten free specific options

The food is superb here despite the casual feel. After entering, you would order food at the counter and a server will bring the food out for you. Service was friendly. Portion was good. They make fresh homemade rice noodles that were amazing. Get dishes that have these and you won't be disappointed.
* Pak Mor Yuan 5/5 - These were Asian ground pork wrapped in silky soft steamed rice paper. They came with a citrusy, slightly spicy sauce that was so addicting. This was the best of everything we got.
* Pad See Ew with Chicken 5/5 - Pad See Ew is my favorite dish at Thai restaurant. Here, they took it a step further with homemade rice noodles that were soft, chewy, and delicious. It was like eating a pillowy cloud, a different texture than what the Pak Mor Yuan offered. The combination of sweet and savory soy sauce flavor was on point.
* Drunken Noodles 5/5 - The noodles were the same as in the Pad See Ew, but with different vegetables and sauce. This was so good also.
* Khao Soi Chiang Mai 3/5 - The most average of everything we tried. This was a curry dish served with egg noodles. The noodles were soggy from the sauce and not good like the homemade rice noodles. The curry flavor was also aight, not bold or delicious like the other dishes.
This place is so incredibly delicious! Their Massamun Curry with the fried chicken, and E-Jae House Noodles are go to dishes for my partner and I, but I haven't had anything here that I didn't absolutely fall in love with. Even on the days (like today, when I'm leaving this review) where they're incredibly busy, the wait time for food is negligible, and tastes amazing.
One thing I'd like to note is that seating here is a bit limited, so plan well if you're coming during busy hours.
5-stars!

10 stars!!! The customer service was phenomenal! The pumpkin curry is delicious, but spicy (heads up since doesnt have a pepper symbol if any1 else has a sensitive palate), but drunken noodles were amazing & so was the passion fruit juice, everything was awesome!

I have been 3 times and the food is a bit different than what you can find at regular Thai restaurants. Generally food is good but too salty for me, especially the Khao Soi. I love the vibe and interior. Employees are nice and friendly. a bit pricey but portions are big

I got the khao soi with tofu and it was incredibly flavorful! Order at the counter and then find a table. Service was quick. Definitely want to go back and try more things.

While I don't think they have yet gotten their flavor balance down quite yet this place is unlike any Thai place I've been to in Seattle. Keep in mind, my husband and roommate are Thai so we pick apart Thai restaurants all the time with few being as notable as this one. While I would say their Ka Mun Gai is average, they noted the texture of the rice needed some improvement. The Kao Soi leans sweet spice forward which I didn't care for as much. I also found the Pad See Ewe too sweet. Remember, please, that I am nit picking here. What I see in this restaurant is potential as they dial in their menu a bit more. My favorite thing about this place is that their Ho Fun noodles are made in house - to my knowledge they are the only Seattle Thai restaurant to do this and this is more significant than you may think. Having worked in a couple Thai restaurants I will reveal a dirty secret, Ho Fun noodles are impossible to work with cold and they mold very fast... and oftentimes the cooks ignore it or don't notice it. E-Jae Pak Mor is making their themselves, which can be pretty labor intensive despite how easy they are to make, and I am willing to forgive that they are a little thin because the trade off is that they are made to order and that freshness comes through. The Pad See Ewe also is just Chinese broccoli and your protein which is the authentic way of doing it. If they balance the sauce a bit it will be, no contest, the best in Seattle. While I don't recall the other appetizers and entrees we all ordered, we did order half the menu, it was pretty consistent that with a little fine tuning this place is going to be amazing. I did have the taro sticky rice which I did like. I also had their passion fruit drink which wasn't too sweet, I actually really liked it. I think this spot is going to grow into a rare gem.

The food is over the top amazing with every dish shining (except the Khao Mun Gai, where the steamed chicken was extremely bland and unappetizing). The true star of the show is the Pak Mor Yuan, if I went again I would order multiple orders of it. However, the drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao) was also exceptional as was the dessert Khao Neaw Ping (Taro Sticky rice).
The decor is great and the employees friendly, but seating is extremely limited and cramped and there is counter order service. Not a relaxed place for a sit down meal with more than 2 or 3 people - though maybe more is better as someone can grab and hold on to your table while the rest order.
Would love to get food from there again!
