Eden Hill was such a a mind blowing experience. I have celiac and they took such good care of me with amazing gluten free food in a group of 4. The shared plates gave us an opportunity to try a bit of everything and when the group ordered items that weren't safe for me they gave me safe versions to try whenever possible. They were truly just so kind and caring about the food and the experience they served up. I can't recommend this place enough! Definitely will be back anytime we're in Seattle.

The tasting menu is the way to go! Perfect place to celebrate our first anniversary!The whole staff was so kind and knowledgeable. I asked the bartender to make me a mocktail that would fit the tasting menu and she completely nailed it! The food was all delicious and so experimental and fun! We plan to go back at least quarterly to see what else they come up with!
My wife and I love this place. It’s definitely in our top 3 restaurants in the world and we have been to more than 20 countries. Each time we come the dishes are playful, inventive, classy, and delicious. Each bite always tastes a little different than the next in the best way. We just had their take on foie gras (grits, candied nuts, spicy oil) and it was amazing! We always have a great time in the quaint small spaces of the restaurant, with the amazing servers racing around under control. If you are lucky enough to get either of the two 2-top tables on either side of the entrance, you know what I mean.

I had an amazing first experience at Eden Hill, and I’ll definitely be returning with more people in tow! The chef’s tasting menu consists of courses not included on the regular menu, but you’re able to add in a la carte items if there’s anything you’re interested in trying. I did this with the pig’s head candy bar, and I didn’t regret it for a minute! Complete with unique bites and creative compositions, Chef Max and team have crafted a menu that is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted but has something for everyone. I highly recommend the wine pairings with the tasting menu, as not one was mismatched with its course. The bartender even pulled a wine for my courses that weren’t included in the tasting menu, and the selection was perfectly paired. On top of all the amazing food, the service is top-notch and everyone on staff is conscientious and excited to deliver an excellent dining experience. I think I interacted with at least 85% of the staff during the course of my one tasting menu at the bar, which I think is an incredibly unique and impressive part of the experience. I can’t say enough good things about this experience!Vegetarian options: I thought there were a good number of delicious-looking vegetarian options, and many menu items could likely be made fully vegetarian except for the obvious culprits (pig head candy bar will not have a vegetarian option). I could have built myself a multi-course vegetarian meal out of the existing menu and been absolutely satisfied!Dietary restrictions: They’ll ask for and honor dietary restrictions and food aversions within the tasting menu, or help guide you to appropriate a la carte options and customizations that fit your needs!

The atmosphere is lovely, small restaurant, quiet, staff and service top notch. Cocktails were really delicious and well presented, and the dishes presentation was amazing. We didn't order the tasting menu, and maybe we've picked the wrong options. The tartare was a mix of a lot of things, too many flavors going on. The pig head candy bar, I've read such amazing reviews, but for me, it was a weird combination of flavors and texture I couldn't finish, too sweet. I was a little bit disappointed. Maybe I would come back to try more normal options or the tasting menu. I saw the tasting menu around, and it looked really interesting. The highlight was the service,ambiance, and cocktails.

We went to Eden Hill for my birthday last night and had hands down the best meal of both mine and my husbands lives. My husband is allergic to gluten, dairy AND soy and the server was so gracious and kind about accommodating him with the chefs menu. It felt amazing to not have to compromise an incredible meal for him and ask for substitutions for every dish and put the chef in the drivers seat! The food was incredible and the portions left us perfectly satisfied. The cocktails were fun!, the atmosphere is cozy and warm. Our server especially made our day. I wish I had caught her name but shout out to whoever was on last night! She made the whole experience and we are definitely coming back. 10/10/10/10 would recommend.
