I’d say above average burger, average atmosphere and service, you order on a tablet so not much to speak about on that front. The fries were almost of the shoestring variety, but with a seaweed seasoning on them. Burger was solid, but honestly nothing standout about it besides their special sauce. I would try it out again but for the price it’s pretty average for Seattle.
Super friendly folks, delicious food! They were kind and patient in reviewing my son's food allergies so we could eat there safely and stress free. New favorite place! We will be back.
Good place for a quick bite to eat and earn rewards
The food was good, many tables that were empty, so there was no wait. Fast and efficient ordering system and food came out quickly.
Nice local burger shop, good community energy
Quick & delicious !
Fries came out nice and hot !
great veggie burger, fries are delicious and staff is super friendly would recommend!
Definitely a burger joint, but probably one of the best! If you have a chance to eat here then you will see for your self. Great burgers and shakes.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah, kids like this place as do I (sort of an adult ?)

meh. Staff was friendly, but probably won’t go back. I ordered take out and was told 10 mins, I came in about 15 mins (stuck in traffic) and the burger was literally cold like it had been in a fridge. Weird experience eating such a cold burger….and shredded lettuce was not doing any favors. The flavors were good but tasted like it was never warm at all lol. Fries were seasoned good but shoestring style, and not a lot of them. Typical “overpriced trendy burger joint” imo

The burgers at this place are AMAZING! I dream about the crust they get on the burgers! And the fries have this furikake type seasoning. So yum! And they are shoestring and crispy. Can't recommend more!

Big Max has a fun vibe to it. Don't feel like your in a chain and overwhelmed. The food taste great. You spend a little more but the old adage is and generally is true that you get what you pay for. We'll in this case it is true. The staff is friendly and helpful as opposed to places were you pay a little extra and the food could be good but staff is in the higher then though mode and visually upset for reasons unknown. You won't experience that here. Food&Service worth the money.
Parking: Parking is dependent on the time you go. QA is hit or miss out. Some days.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's street level and Doors have a good opening. And their is space to maneuver inside.

Was really excited to try Big Max burger. Burgers were so crazy greasy I didn’t taste greasy, but the packaging was actually sopping wet from the grease. The patty itself is dry. The Sammy slider is truly tiny. The chicken nuggets were inedible. They were basically a little balls of grease and the breading was so soggy from the grease. It was so disgusting. Ample seating and there’s great parking underneath Bartels and the elevator opens right up into big Max. So so expensive. They charged crazy amounts to add simple things like two tiny pickle slices. So weird. Expect around $20 for a burger alone.

First timer. Staff seemed nice but I didn't really interact with them. Prices seem pretty good too. Burger was kind of a sloppy mess. Taste was ok but the mouth feel was the deciding factor. I won't return.

Wouldn't recommend. the burgers had Thin dried out over cooked patties that i could barely choke down. Thin crunchy over cooked fries. The only good thing was the strawberry shortcake shake. The workers were nice the food wasn't.
