Don't bother if you like meat or anything on your bagel besides egg and cheese. Nowhere does it say this is a kosher or whatever store but when I tried to do an online order it just wouldn't let me. I go in the store and they told me it was vegetarian or whatever.

Drove 45 miles to Einstein Bro, only to find out this location doesn’t serve meat! The pictures online sure looked like the normal Einstein Bro. Very disappointing. We decided to eat elsewhere.

I watched the lady make my bagel using the same gloves she used to operate the cash register then proceeded to wipe away all the crumbs and unsanitary items on the countertops. The lady in the black shirt didn’t have the best customer service skills or cleanliness, and for that I will not be returning to this location. I don’t mind rude people, but people cross contaminating my food angers me.

I have frequented Einstein’s for the past 5+ years. Since COVID, I feel the bagels have shrunk in size & less options of bagel flavors. I have found another spot that I frequent regularly and still stop in time to time at Einstein’s. Mondays are the best day to purchase their bundles to save money. The U Village is the only store that is KOSHER.
