Oh my God, I have been to other Einstein bagels, but the service and the food in here was incredible and don’t even ask me how the employees were so nice and how they cared about me and my order. I’m definitely going there again and again not just because how good their food is good, but because how good the employees and the service that they have the nicest people I have ever met. I highly suggest this bagel store to any bagel lovers.

Great bagels, always fresh! Always loved the albacore tuna melt bagel sandwich. Great service, they close a little in the early side for late lunch people. Unfortunately they took out their sitting boots but they still have the small bar to sit at, are you can sit outside

This location is apparently kosher and has a very limited menu. There is no information about this on their website. In fact, when you click into that location and menu in their website, it lists all their normal foods, then you arrive and they have a fraction of that. Very frustrating and bad communication from this company.

I like the food ive had there however their menu is completely different then what they actually give you. I wanted a cold brew shake, and then they told me that they don't have a cold brew shake didn't even bother to offer an alternative. And every time I order what I want and what i'm planning on getting they're consistently saying that they don't have any meat at their location, but yet their menu states that they have meat and hash browns and everytime i get my order it is not what i ordered 😑 😒

I really wish I could give 0 stars to be honest. I got the maple house egg sandwich which is supposed to come with cheese bacon a sausage patty egg on a bagel. I literally received a bagel with an egg between it. That’s all I got no cheese, bacon or sausage patty was put on it. I also ordered a banana and strawberry smoothie and I didn’t get that in my order as well. Literally the most disappointing order I’ve ever gotten from a place on DoorDash luckily DoorDash refunded me because this was horrible. I really suggest this place gets their crap together. Wont ever come here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bagel shop. Yesterday, I ordered 12 bagels— and was served instantly with no issues. Today, I returned to place the exact same order, but with a different cashier and staff. At first, the cashier began taking my order, but then another employee came out from the back and abruptly told me, “Sorry, we’re not taking your order. This is a canteen order, and you need to place it 24 hours in advance.”
For bagels? There was only one other customer in the shop, and they had plenty of bagels available. I don’t understand why I was refused service today when the same order was accepted without issue yesterday. This inconsistency and lack of customer service are unacceptable.
I strongly encourage the owner to take this matter seriously, especially since a new bagel shop just opened in the same Village Mall with strong competition. If this shop wants to keep its customers, they need to train their staff to be consistent and fair with their service.
Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Don't bother if you like meat or anything on your bagel besides egg and cheese. Nowhere does it say this is a kosher or whatever store but when I tried to do an online order it just wouldn't let me. I go in the store and they told me it was vegetarian or whatever.

Drove 45 miles to Einstein Bro, only to find out this location doesn’t serve meat! The pictures online sure looked like the normal Einstein Bro. Very disappointing. We decided to eat elsewhere.

I watched the lady make my bagel using the same gloves she used to operate the cash register then proceeded to wipe away all the crumbs and unsanitary items on the countertops. The lady in the black shirt didn’t have the best customer service skills or cleanliness, and for that I will not be returning to this location. I don’t mind rude people, but people cross contaminating my food angers me.
