I am told that when cruise ships aren't in town, area is a mess. When we ate there, it was typical down town. Beautiful place.
Good selection and availability of bagels. They toasted my bagels better than other locations do.
Good bagels. Tiny store with a loud fire alarm
Tasty bagels!!
Excellent food in one of the only quiet parts of Seattle
Really bad food and an unfriendly team. $8 breakfast sandwich was 🤢
My favorite go to place for a breakfast in the go. Products always so fresh and the varieties they have are great. They’re also very reasonably priced. Price to quality is on point
Good bagel sandwiches at a reasonable price
The breakfast sandwich here is pretty great, but you pay for it at about $8-10 for a sandwich that may leave you hungry. Also, the staff are perfunctory, seemingly more focused on their very many catering orders. The location is also SUPER loud, with people constantly coming in and out to pick up orders, including sometimes wheeling loud dollies. Not a place to go for a laid-back or affordable breakfast.
One of the few places in the area that is open at 6 am. You can get fresh and hot breakfast here if you were working at night shift or hangout all the night. I recommend a new Texas bagel sandwich

The bagels are always reliable. The whole staff had an attitude about carrying out simple tasks.
I understand customer service is tiring, but an attempt at being friendly should still be made.
Variety of bagels that are fresh. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are nice too
Great stop for a quick breakfast while visiting Seattle. Nice selection of baked goodies and coffee.
I have probably ordered a single bagel here maybe 8 times (why do I keep thinking it’ll be different?), and not once have they gotten my order right. Staff do not seem like they’re paying attention. How hard is it to toast a bagel and not add cream cheese?
This review is very late, and I rarely do reviews. I have to say something though…
This was a catered order.
So… everything seemed fine at first. The catering trays were beautifully set and we got most of what we ordered. The food was yummy as usual. You’d think I would leave more stars right! Me too! But…
1. We did have to wait a while for the order to arrive. It was 30 min late, and when he arrived some of the cream cheese was missing. He had to come back.
2. When he came back, there was no real apology. It was more irritation that he had to come back north to Lake City to give us the cream cheese we ordered.
I get it. If it were just these 2 negatives, I wouldn’t say anything. My real issue is neg number 3.
3. Ants - we ended up with leftovers. Because my partner has kids, I got many of the remaining bagels to give to her. The meeting was in the conference room of the building where I live so it was easy to carry things to my apartment.
My partner and kiddos arrived that evening and we finish one of the leftover yummy platters. Everything seems okay, but I’m beginning to notice a few tiny ants that I’ve never seen before and I live on the 5th floor. Ants on the 5th floor? Kill them. Clean the kitchen. Move on.
The next morning, we’re about to have bagels for breakfast, but there is a long line of sugar ants running from my counter. They are tiny, easy to kill but I can’t find the reason they’re suddenly there! Once I cleaned them up, and start preparing breakfast, I reach into the box of bagels and realize it’s TEAMING WITH SUGAR ANTS.
Apparently, they were there all along.
Gahhhh!!
I’m never eating there again.
