Einstein Bros. Bagels

So so bagels, they seemed stale and nowhere near fresh.

Their smoothies are deliciously balanced.

Food was great. I placed a large order days earlier because I needed to bring it some where at a specific time early in the morning. While the staff was friendly, the order was not ready and I had to wait for a fairly long time while they scrambled to get it ready. It defeated the point of pre-ordering!

Service was fast and friendly. The flavors of the breakfast sandwich where okay. I got a oktoberfest with two eggs and it was alright if after a quick breakfast. Small but hit the spot. If your looking for an affordable breakfast that’s a quick stop this is a good place for that.
I did not try the coffee.

They screwed up the entire order. I had 4 different types of bagels and only ONE was correct. Wrong bagels, no cream cheese at all (ordered 2)

I did an online order and when I picked up the receipt showed my order so I assumed it was correct.

Waste of time coming here.

The facility was dirty and to top it all off the lady taking the order had a bad attitude. What’s fair is that the breakfast and drinks were good.

Usually love getting breakfast here but was disappointed today. We ordered online and got vanilla cold brews and as we were picking up we were told they made us caramel iced lattes instead bc they were out of vanilla. Our bagels were also cold and seemed like they were sitting out for hours. We placed the order and were there within 10 mins to pick it up. The online eta says 10-15 mins so you’d expect it to be hot and fresh. It seemed like we got thin bagels and the absolute minimum fillings and a single swipe of cream cheese. Photos of what we ordered and what we got. Couldn’t find a customer service email to reach out to to find a resolution.
