Honestly, I read a few not so good reviews while walking in so I didn't know what to expect, however, the young woman working alone handled all the business professionally and customers quickly and courteously. The bagels were made perfectly- it was so good I forgot to take a picture. Only thing is maybe more ripe avocados 🥑

This location should have a a modified name that mentions it’s on a college campus and does not sell the same things as a stand alone Einsteins Bagels. I have come here twice and both times were disappointing!

The first time I came here, at 6p, they were closed despite their online hours saying they would be open until 8p.

The second time I came here in the morning to buy a couple of their cream cheese Shmears only to find out they don’t sell them. They offered to put shmear into a similar sized container to what they are normally sold in but said it would cost $11.84 for each small container. At a regular Einsteins it’s less than $4 for the same size container…

***Following up: it’s been two weeks since I filled out the form they suggested I complete, in their response to my review, and I have heard nothing back.

This store is in a college campus and it is not open until 8:30 pm. It is open in their cafeteria which closes at times and for summer break. The phone number is invalid also. There is no mention on google that it is a college campus and is only open when school is in.

I've had better and I've had worse.

There's like 1 gluten free option. Very disappointed.

They unfortunately do not accept the Einstein app redemption for free bagel with purchase or any codes. Had to go to U-Village location.

I tried to buy a bagel today. I just wanted a bagel toasted with butter. How hard of an ask is that? Apparently very. First off, a bagel cost me $4.95, which is insane, but the person working the resister couldn't tell me how much it was for the first minute. Then she informed me that they didn't have butter. I said I'd take it lightly toasted. Then she charged me twice and it took two coworkers coming over to solve the problem. They took forever to toast it. Maybe 10 minutes after I paid. I was honestly expecting then to give me something burnt to umbers. I waited a total of 15 minutes for a plain bagel. I would give this place zero stars but they get ONE because what they gave me was actually edible.

Go on Saturday afternoons, the experience and quality will be IMMACULATE. I asked for a coffee order that was a bit more complex, and the barista (I believe her name was Alyssa?) perfected it. Art in a cup, a true caffeinated masterpiece. This drink has kept me alive and thriving as I balance the heavy workloads here. Never before has such a golden ratio of vanilla and chocolate been so brilliantly executed in a pool of fresh coldbrew and creamy oatmilk. The All Nighter sandwich I had too was fresh and hot, and I would absolutely go back here again and plan to spend my lifesavings here. I think Davery was his name, and the man makes a fine sandwich. These two have laid the foundation of fine dining in a fast food setting and have put their heart and soul into raising the bar for einstein bagel bros establishments everywhere. I hope these two bagel legends are treated well, they're absolute national treasures. Also the barista spelled my name on the cup very artistically, and the aesthetic was ON POINT :) Never forgetting this day

Inside of college campus. Don’t waste your time.
