WOW I was looking forward this , HUUUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ! So confused about reviews , are there different cook for the locations ? 5$ tamales so bland , all masa , makes you wonder how they have multiple trucks is what came to mind , so my thoughts were want to order the tamale to not only taste the tamale masa, but it taste on their sauce that they use with the Mole also the same thing with the tamale salsa Verde de Puerco I also ordered a side of consume so that I can get an idea of how their tacos would taste
HUGE NO THANK YOU
10/10 burritos
take you forever to wait. They don’t look at your DoorDash order. Scheduled a pick up at 8:05 pm, it is not ready until 9 pm
Affordable delicious Mexican food!!! Best in Seattle fs!!!
Best food. We are repeat, repeat customers. Rated atmosphere 3 as it's a food truck.
Truly massive burritos. Worth the price. It’s almost too much for me to finish, but I haven’t met a burrito yet that I have not defeated in battle. One of the main reasons I’d be willing to return to Seattle is to eat here again. :)
They always make mistakes with the orders and if you don't check you have to go back and have it changed.
Recommendation that you always ask for a receipt

Awesome food and definitely get as much, if not more, than you pay for. All of the locations except the one on Aurora have very nice people working there. Guys on Aurora just seem busy and don’t have time to talk.

It was ok for me as a vegetarian I did not get many options. But it so many different types of salsas to try.
Parking: It has 3-4 car parking spaces.

Wooooow! The food here is so tasty and filling. People often say there are not much food options in Seattle but this is definitely one of the best for the budget.

Restaurantji Recommends
TL:DR - Bland meats with large portions.
All in all this is edible but underwhelming. Carnitas, carne, pollo, and (surprisingly) lengua all taste as if no spices were added to them while they cooked. Salt was required and the sauces were also less than expected. I would chalk it up to regional cooking differences but inside knowledge deems that to be untrue. A good option if you're scared of flavor.
Vegetarian options: I wouldn't recommend any of this for anyone.
Parking: Gravel lot.
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't.
Wheelchair accessibility: Basically, but gravel could provide issues.

My experience here was definitely disappointing I got 2 orders of sopes the sopes are super dry and the chicken I also got a side of enchiladas Rojas and the avocado they put on the enchiladas looked old and as if it sat there for a while the food was not as authentic Mexican food as expected we also had a 25 dollar gift card from them and when try using it they said they didn't accept them anymore just didn't make sense but I definitely don't recommend this place I'm sure there is more taco truck out there with a more authentic Mexican style food

Carnita taco was amazing, spicy but not too spicy. Very tender meat, flavorful. Great salsa Verde.
Quesadilla was generously filled with steak, two meals for me, tasty and a good value. Would order again, would recommend. Maybe needed a little more cheese to hold it all in but was great.
