Moving to Seattle from Texas, I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get kickass hole-in-the-wall quesadillas and burritos anymore.El Naranjo, just down the road from my new house, dispelled those concerns. I had a delicious carne asada quesadilla ready in TWO MINUTES for ten dollars flat, and it is easily in the top 5 quesadillas I've ever had. The salsa is delicious, and the generous dollop of sour cream, avocado slice, and grilled peppers proved this place has authentic chops.This truck is going to be my new staple takeout joint, and I'm excited to have moved so close by!
