All filler. You start to really lose points the last 1/4 of your burrito is nothing but rice. Made special trip to try out the “Super Chicken Burrito” after seeing in on insta, but there is nothing super about that burrito. Very little chicken at all and strange after taste. The Mac salad was good but little portion. Maybe try out the Tortas if I’m in the neighborhood but left feeling ripped off after going here.

Pedro (the owner) brought his food truck to our annual event in Bellevue and totally blew all of our competitors, families and spectators away with the delicious and healthy food that was available. He was extremely professional and did an amazing job of keeping everyone satisfied with the delicious food on the menu and how well it was prepared. We will be using him again and again!

My wife and I had the joy of experiencing El Pirata Tortas and Burritos and an event we were volunteering for last weeked. The potatoes were delicious, and my wife enjoyed her sandwich very much.
The service was friendly and fast. Here's to hoping they cater at the event again next year!

We had an event last Saturday and the El Pirata Tortas Y Burritos Food Truck attended. We had over 200 people at our event and had NOTHING but rants and raves about how delicious and fresh the food was. We have happily found our food truck! NUM! Pedro had a ton of patience with me getting all of the required documents in order to be permitted for the City of Bellevue. I highly recommend reaching out to Pedro, and you will not be disappointed with the food! It was amazing!
I had the el Royale rumble torta during the georgetown bites and sites event and it was amazing! I'd never had pastrami before but I'm now a pastrami girly! The bread was perfectly toasted and the meat was juicy and perfectly cooked. The flavors just blended so well together! Also get the hot sauce with it to make it chef's kiss!!!
