Torta came on a ciabatta which is a clear bastardization of of the cuisine I've come to expect. Get some talera bread and it's a five-star sandwich. Everything on the inside is great I love the combinations.

First time here. Quick service and very tasty. I ordered the Tacos Asada. They come with rice and whole beans. A scoop of Guacamole and half a lime. Defintely going back to try a Torta. Cheers,

Across the PNW food trucks are a staple. However El Pirata has got it down to a science. Hands down the best torta I've had in years. I had the La Bamba carne asada torta. Between the rosemary aioli and the picked red onion it's an explosion of flavor.I won't deny it I came back that same night for dinner it was that good. The house Potatoes served in the side are perfectly cooked and smothered in the same aioli. Thanks for everything I will be back time and time again. Yall keep it up!!!Justin Neeb

My carnitas tacos were sumptuous- tender, flavorful and plentiful. My missus chicken taco was not that great - no seasoning on the chicken and it tasted like roast chicken sprinkled in a taco. Hence the average of 4 stars.

Still loving El Pirata. Easy quick stop in Georgetown for tortas, their bierra burrito, or tacos. The taco selection isn't as extensive as some places, but that's ok. $12 and I walked away full on their brisket tacos with rice and beans on the side. Service: friendly and efficient!

Tucked away between the star studded lineup of Georgetown restaurants is this local favorite take out joint, serving up unique, delicious Mexican sandwiches and classic, delectable burritos. This is hands down our favorite spot for lunch in the neighborhood. They're always quick, extremely high quality, and super nice folks working there. Their little corner shop is super cute and classically Georgetown. Also super convenient off the Corson Ave exit of I-5 if you're looking to stop for lunch before (or after) hitting downtown traffic. Ten out of ten highly recommend!Vegetarian options: One of the best veggie burritos I've ever had.Parking: Tons of spots on the road or the bank parking lot immediately across 12th.Kid-friendliness: Kids, families, dogs all welcome!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ordering window and tables (all outdoor seating).
