We recently rented out the winery for a day and held a post wedding reception. Everyone loved it! The staff did an amazing job, the wines were very popular, the space is setup wonderfully for indoor/outdoor making it feel larger than it is.
We used Elsom Cellars for a large private event and couldn't be happier with the experience! Jennifer and the rest of the team set up the space beautifully, educated the guests about the wine, and the prices were extremely reasonable. If you're looking for a fun space to host an event within city limits, look no further than Elsom!
Awesome venue and management! Love the new live music events + wine and charcuterie selection.
Outstanding in every way. Appreciated the GF, local foods and delicious wine and vermouth cocktails. Family friendly, indoor and outdoor seating. Genuine friendly and ample customer service and hospitality.
Always a great experience at Elsom Cellars; food, wine, service, ambiance - all spot on. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly - always checking to make sure we are happy and pleased!
Staff is great and their wines are delicious.
Superb wines! The atmosphere is great and the personnel are knowledgeable and friendly.
Delicious wine and great service!
Great tasting spot in SODO. There’s a very nice patio where you can enjoy a tasting outside. We got five tastings for $15 with the Artisan Experience. All of the wines were great, especially the 2022 Rosé. The servers were very friendly and helpful and kept track of where everyone was in the tasting. We had a large group and they kept everything flowing smoothly. The food was also great and we enjoyed the cheese plate and charcuterie.
What a great winery and venue! We had our wedding reception there and the space was perfect.b

I am intrigued by this establishment, as their signage caught our attention. However, upon entering, it seemed as though we may have made an error in judgment. The woman who attended to us was inhospitable and discourteous, which made us feel unwelcome. Although she did warm up to us later on, I sensed that she was not enthusiastic about her job. Furthermore, there was little information provided about the wine, and the pouring was haphazard. Despite the good quality of the wine and reasonable prices, the substandard service leaves me hesitant to return.
Great local winery that’s just down the street from the Starbucks HQ. Stopped in here for a tasting, and the environment is incredible. Great outdoor patio with an indoor tasting environment with various “rooms” that the owners crafted. You can tell the owners took care to decorate the space with intention and care. Definitely worth the stop if you’re south of downtown!
Wow! We LOVE visiting winery tasting rooms but this one is second to none! VERY personable and friendly staff (we had Lewissa and Allen) that was extremely knowledgeable (that’s not always the case) about Elsom wines. Time flew by. We enjoyed delicious charcuterie boards that paired perfectly with the flight of wines we tasted. The 2018 Syrah and 2020 Grenache were my favorites but ALL the Waimea were delicious. On this particular day, those two just stood out. If you’re catching a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders game this is a no brained before the game. If not, make THIS urban winery tasting room your final destination of the day. You won’t regret it!
We used Elsom Cellars for our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks. It was the absolute best way we could have started our wedding weekend. Everyone was so nice, the wine fantastic, and the space beautiful. We were able to run a slideshow on their TV which was a hit with our guests. We used their preferred caterer, Red's kitchen and Catering, which was effortless and the food even more delicious. We're looking forward to more glasses of wine at this lovely place.
We hosted our wedding reception here, and they were amazing!Anna was really easy to work with throughout the planning process and made the day-of a seamless experience. She helped coordinate with an outside company for the rental of a few tables and chairs to supplement what they had.My friends did a tasting prior to the wedding to help us select wines because we moved away, and they told me the staff were great.I can't comment on the wine because I didn't have any, but my friends loved the grenache! Looking at the itemized receipt, the albarino was also popular.I would host an event here again in the future. Easy to work with, affordable, and a great inside and outside area. They made it really easy!
