Not a fan of their bagels. Tasted stale.

The bagels are fresh. There are a lot of flavors. They even have rainbow bagels. Exciting and fun! The cream cheeses are so good. Sweet and savory. They have special ones too. I think they rotate. Fun fact, you can get a bagel with a different flavor of cream cheese on each side. I recently had an artichoke flat bread. Chef's kiss! The prices are a little steep so it's not something I could do every day, but for an occasional treat it's a good choice.

Don't go if you're looking for middle eastern food. Don't go if you're looking for bagels. Bagels are mid and most of the dishes are culturally appropriated.

Really excellent bagels. Love how you can make your own sandwich with pretty much whatever you want. Delish and very underrated in my opinion!!

An old favorite and remains one. Love the Montreal-style personally, the smaller denser bagels with robust flavor and good balance of toppings. Excellent options for cream cheese and the ambiance is pretty nice. Good coffee as well. Only negative is the parking, which really is awful, but that’s not atypical for Seattle.

been an Eltana fan for nearly 15 years, woah! they've stayed consistent and true to their style the entire time. i always get the spicy garlic cream cheese on a sesame, salt or everything bagel. it's sooo good, it has so much flavor. the shakshuka is yummy too. i've had other small-batch made bagels in seattle, like oxbow, and meh. i just love eltana!

Love their bagels. The online ordering system worked well too. There is nowhere to leave the car to pick up orders. All legal parking is full and parking enforcement guy was circling looking for easy prey among bagels pick up customers.

Classic bagel spot in Fremont. They're Montreal-style bagels, not New-York-style like you're probably used to, so they're thinner and traditionally not served sliced (though I think they do actually slice them here). But they're tasty!

This is my kid's favorite bagel place and so we will always come here. But for me, it's kind of meh. I was starving and decided to get a bagel w lox, cream cheese and cucumber. I didn't want to eat it in the car knowing it'd be messy but jeez Louise! When I got finally got to my destination, I unwrapped it to find it oozy and all the cucumbers stacked on one side. Again, they were busy when I went, but I would be happy to wait 30 extra seconds while they layered the cucumbers around the bagel instead of just shoving this sandwich together. It was a fine sandwich after I repositioned the spread myself but I was left feeling meh about the situation so hence the mid review.

It's good, just a bit pricey for what you get. They open reasonably early and service is good.
Also keep in mind that it's a Montreal style bagel, which is a little smaller than NY/NJ bagels.
