I'm not sure of their restaurants expertise, but the beer is full garbage. They're owned by a corporation, and it shows.

Take your pick in local grocery stores. Probably anything Deschutes.

Good beers, good food and an inviting atmosphere. Would definitely return! Had two flights of beer and the fish and chips. The fish was battered and fried perfectly. The beers were very solid with a good variety of styles.

Popped in here on a Tuesday night and had an amazing time. In town for work, and wanted to try a brewery. Little did I know I’d spend two hours there laughing and enjoying myself. Talked with some locals and the bartender, enjoyed some beers and eats.

Perfect place to come solo and sit at the bar. Kind people. What more can you ask for??

The bartender was rude, and their policy of just adding a tip to the bill without letting me decide was annoying, but the place has a nice atmosphere. Try it out, but pay with cash (the exact amount), so they can’t just add the tip. That’s just bad business.

Blake was our bartender; he made this visit 6/5 stars for these out of town visitors. Hummus was the perfect snack, specifically cuz the bread.

Wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot pole. Elysian is owned by Anheuser Busch and has jerked its Georgetown workers around after voting to unionize. Seattle has plenty of true local breweries with great beer. No need to feed the corporate greed.

I’m in from San Diego. I’ve been a space dust fan for years. But tonight the Dragonstooth Stout was calling my name. It’s really good. So is the chili.

Only thing that sucks in this town is the parking. But I won’t let that impact the review here. Cheers.

Good beer -let’s lead with that. If you’re here for beer, you found a good one. The staples are solid and the experimental/seasonal options will impress (beer flight is $15, since it wasn’t listed on the menu)
Don’t bother getting food, especially if you have high blood pressure lol. They dumped a whole jar of salt on our fries and in the heavily breaded chicken nuggies. The spin dip was tasty enough.
Service was not great. They’re nice, but they were very slow. It seemed like the waitstaff was understaffed for the evening, but the food also came slow, so it’s not isolated.

I'm irritated because I could not eat half my food because it tasted like seawater. There was so much salt all the people in a 12 party table left half their food. Seriously, wake up. Waitress was OK she brought drinks on time yay.

Food is good, but had to rate the BEER. Having tried them for years, for some reason, it's no longer ger palleteble. Heavy hop taste, upsets your mood and stomach. And majority of them taste alike!

Diana and the guy who looks like Chester Bennington are amazing! We come from Eastern Washington and don’t visit Seattle very much but let me tell you this place is top tier for a brewery! I definitely recommend Diana as she gave us 5 star treatment. A must visit if your in the capital hill area!
