I came in for a pumpkin beer because...its the season. Well that had 5 to choose from. Interesting enough i was told by a patron that The Great Pumpkin had just one some award in Denver! Who knew?

Great beer, great atmosphere!? too bad they close early (8pm), and close Mondays/Tuesdays. But there are many great places around to pick up food and eat at Elysian for great beers ? there are pinball machines too? Our favorite is pick up sushi bowl from Donburi station ?

This is a great tap room from a well known Seattle brewery. The Elysian Taproom is roomy inside offering a shuffleboard table, a couple of big screen TVs for watching sporting events, and several pinball machines (50-cents a game). Dogs and well-behaved children are welcome both inside and on their partially covered deck. The outside patio has a big fire pit and some super comfy chairs.
They don't offer any food and no beverages for kids. However, you can bring in outside food.
Elysian is known for their IPAs. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a couple of delicious Sours, a tasty Stout, and a Pils we liked so much we took a small keg of it home.

I made sure to stop at this place on my trip to Seattle because I’m a fan of the beer. The man working here made me feel so unwelcome, I didn’t even bother finishing my flight. I was quiet and friendly. When I went to check out the merch he followed me around like a shoplifter and even after I paid he double checked the merch. SMH. Never experienced that before. Wish I saved myself the journey to this establishment.

Great stop! Have all the classics plus some small batch brews you can only get here. Nice laid back atmosphere — kid and dog friendly. TVs for sports, as well as off sale kegs

I cannot say enough great things about this taproot. Spacious clean tap room with super helpful and kind staff. The beers were delicious and prices were even better! We will definitely visit again soon!

Yes, it is a brewery tap room but there are options for nondrinkers, the Odd Water sparkling water. It is also good to get to sip on while having a pint or two. And John working the taps is the best!
