Staff are great but Service is very slow even with two staff members. The Smoothies are great but it’s crazy waiting 20 minutes for your order.

The guy didn't even try. Very watered down taste and ice is non-existent.

The best flavors sure the ones that combine berries and peanut butter cause it tastes like a PB&j sandwich. The Emerald and the PB&J both taste like this. Just get Emerald cause it has kale so is in theory more nutritious. Also had the Guava Sunrise and the Eternal Energizer but they're not as good and wouldn't order again.

Normally good, but was out of many ingredients during my last visit. Not sure if this happens often, but makes it more of a spot to casually get something if you’re nearby for something else, and I’d recommend it, but it wasn’t worth it to drive over here if you’re seeking a healthy meal alternative. Or in other words, probably not worth going out of your way for.

Been getting emerald city smoothie for 10 years, but this Queen Anne location is always inconsistent. Just got a builder which I have gotten for years now and I had to throw it out. Tasted like protein powder in water. Will not be going back again.

Bring back breakfast buzz! ? was told it’s ‘seasonal’….how is a coffee smoothie seasonal ?? . This city loves their coffee.

Wasted 15 minutes attempting a partial refund for receiving the incorrect size of my purchased smoothie. Attached is a size comparison of a water bottle (16.9 oz) and the smoothie I received. Anyone with a pair of eyes can see this is not 32oz. Doordash refused my refund, and after contacting them again its now escalated. They informed me, during this process they'll contact both my dasher and the store to confirm the error.I loved Emerald City Smoothie before this, however, I will never purchase another smoothie from them again. Don't order on Doordash unless you want to risk receiving incorrect size.
