Good smoothies! Highly sweetened though, so be aware if you're looking for something actually healthy.

I received pretty terrible customer service from Eric - he was dismissive and apathetic. If y'all want to drive away customers, definitely keep Eric on payroll. However, his co-worker (didn't get his name) was very helpful and kind.
*Editing to add that it looks like there are *already* bad reviews about said staff member - take a hint, management.

Smoothies are great. Customer service not so much. Young man was dismissive to my pregnant wife, told her he couldn’t take her order because they were currently making too many smoothies. This is the second time in a row this has happened and we drive 20 minutes from our house to come to ECS. I understand the challenges of small business, but if your doors are open for service, then it seems reasonable for customers to expect to be served.

Ordered an açaí bowl. It was a smoothie blended with so much ice that there were just chunks of ice mixed throughout. The berries on top were frozen. This should not be sold as an açaí bowl. The service was great though they remade it the best they could and were very understanding. It’s the “recipe” that makes no sense.

I rely on the folks at ECS Queen Anne, best one in the city. I order basically the same thing everyday and it’s always super consistent.

Staff are great but Service is very slow even with two staff members. The Smoothies are great but it’s crazy waiting 20 minutes for your order.

The guy didn't even try. Very watered down taste and ice is non-existent.

The best flavors sure the ones that combine berries and peanut butter cause it tastes like a PB&j sandwich. The Emerald and the PB&J both taste like this. Just get Emerald cause it has kale so is in theory more nutritious. Also had the Guava Sunrise and the Eternal Energizer but they're not as good and wouldn't order again.
Good smoothies. Wonderful staff.
