Incident with Pickup Order and Store Device Issue On July 29th, around 3 PM, I experienced a significantly frustrating situation while attempting to pick up my order yesterday. The employee at the this location was rude and unhelpful, stating they couldn't assist me because their iPad had been stolen. I was then directed to another location near Safeway, where the employee also appeared confused and annoyed when I explained what had happened at the first store and what I was instructed to do. This entire experience felt like a poor handling of a store device issue that was pushed onto me, the customer. Going forward, I will be exclusively using the Upper QA location, as it consistently provides the best service.

Person working today at 1115am 6/27 was so insanely rude. You were out of Açaí which it didn’t say on GRUBHUB and when trying to replace she just kept saying that I have to pay extra. Like excuse me? You all made a mistake and you are throwing a fuss about a dollar? She was also just so rude about it. The other emerald city smooth on cap hill is so much nicer than this one.

The store seems like it’s in a very bad condition and they don’t even have phone numbers for loyalty points similar to how other stores in the franchise have. Very bad.

They are rarely open on time

The energizer and the emerald are my personal favorites. This is the only location I've found that has a secret menu. Love this place.
Vegetarian options: Real fruit and vegetables,oat,soy and other non dairy milks.
Dietary restrictions: Have dairy substitute

Disappointing First Impression While the smoothie itself was good with fresh fruit, the overall experience at Emerald City Smoothie was lacking. The store's appearance fell short of the inviting atmosphere depicted in the pictures. It seemed unfinished, with a ladder against the wall and a broken self-serve computer. Additionally, the posted food safety rating of "okay" was concerning, and the lack of cold drinks due to a broken refrigerator limited beverage options. For a business that relies on customer traffic, a well-maintained and inviting environment is crucial. I recommend the store address these issues before reopening to ensure a positive first impression for future customers.
