They are rarely open on time

The energizer and the emerald are my personal favorites. This is the only location I've found that has a secret menu. Love this place.

Vegetarian options: Real fruit and vegetables, oat, soy and other non dairy milks.

Dietary restrictions: Have dairy substitute

Disappointing First Impression
While the smoothie itself was good with fresh fruit, the overall experience at Emerald City Smoothie was lacking. The store's appearance fell short of the inviting atmosphere depicted in the pictures. It seemed unfinished, with a ladder against the wall and a broken self-serve computer. Additionally, the posted food safety rating of "okay" was concerning, and the lack of cold drinks due to a broken refrigerator limited beverage options.
For a business that relies on customer traffic, a well-maintained and inviting environment is crucial. I recommend the store address these issues before reopening to ensure a positive first impression for future customers.

The smoothies are decent when the place is actually open. The posted business hours mean nothing. It's the luck of the draw if someone will actually be there when you come by. Also online orders never seem to go through. Pretty disappointing.

Y'all could bother to update your own hours on here when you change them. So

I ordered two smoothies and paid almost 20 dollars orders. I asked for less ice. I looked at the smoothie and was filled less than the other. I asked her why it was less and she said that is her policy. I have not heard of such thing and believe I should have filled cup, that is what I paid for. So I am trying to explain this and she says ā€œI don’t want to argue with you, your people are always starting problemsā€ ( I am a black man) she said I needed to leave or else she will call the police. I do not appreciate being threatened in this matter when I was no threat. I come here all the time and my order was never an issue. Truly dissatisfied and hurt.

Showed up around 10:15 am on a Tuesday and the front door was locked and no employees were present. There was a clock on the front door saying that they will return at 10:25 am. This is the typical experience I've had with this place over the years so I didn't bother waiting. I really like the smoothies but about 50% of the time I visit this location it is closed during their normally posted business hours.

If I could I would give it a zero I just got a 24 oz Guava sunrise and as I was drinking it I pulled 2 pieces of hair out of my mouth that weren’t mine because they were short and red and I have long brown hair. That is absolutely disgusting, they should be wearing their hair up or have hairnets on because that’s gross!!!!!! ??

I think this place is closed for good...go north on Broadway to the next one, it is open.
