IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS, I WOULD. My friend and I came here to get a smoothie and her smoothie had PLASTIC. IN. HER. DRINK. BITS AND PIECES OF PLASTIC. This is a health hazard. that could easily get stuck in her throat. When we asked about it the worker claimed it was flax seed oil. WHY WOULD THAT BE HARD???? Unbelievable. Snake bites worker either needs to be fired, or this location should close because this is not okay.

My friends and I found plastic bits in our smoothies. We went back to tell the workers, and they said the plastic bits were flax seed oil. No explanation, just an excuse. She was very dismissive about our concerns. I'm no expert on flax seed oil, but I'm sure they aren't small clear jelly bits that taste like plastic. When the worker said it was oil, I was dumbfounded. ONE STAR

Service is horrible. The last few weeks it’s been the same female and she has horrible customer service and was rude to me so I left. They don’t value customer service and there’s no consistency with this store. Bring in staff who prioritize your customers so they come back and spend money vs boycotting. It’s the Hispanic female with the snake bites piercings. Hard not to recognize.

I’ve shown up at this location, several times, and they are often closed during hours they claim to be open. Today, I arrived over an hour after they were suppose to open and the building was locked.

The hours on Google say you close at 8. Yet the sign on your door says you close at 7. I'd suggest you update your Google hours so more people like me don't waste there time walking to your store.

With posted hours of closing at 8 PM on Wednesday I arrived at 7:20 PM to a store clerk telling me the store closes at seven with the door locked. Is it really too much to ask to just follow your posted hours??!

I walked in not noticing the name of the place as the name was above me (out of visual sight). The two women were attentive enough. I had trouble seeing the menu that is over the counter (on wall), so I asked if they had a paper menu. They pointed to a standup table sign that stated the name of the drinks (not what's in them) and the prices. I decided to try a Pacific Splash (something like that). First time I've been in an ECS. The price on the standup sign was $6.50. I pulled out 7 dollars from pocket as she rang it up. Total: $8.00. When I asked if sales tax was really $1.50 on a $6.50 drink she showed me the receipt that simply stated that I paid $8.00 cash, no change, date and time. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she just said the prices change sometimes. I advised them to change the standup sign on the counter to reflect the correct prices. While at another store, an employee mentioned that he wasn't surprised that they had the old prices up. This could be the first and last trip I make to ECS. Definitely, last at this location.

The chick with brown hair was so annoying and rude. She always had this really confused and lost look on her face and stare at you the entire time you are in the store. Nothing is going on behind those eyes of hers ???

I got my husband a Pb & j with a caffeine pill. He has tremors, tightening of his chest. He tried to sleep 7 hours later, barely got an hour woke up after having nightmares. 12 hours later he's still feeling like this. He had to call out of work. So the caffeine pill they use is either complete trash or they put something else in his drink. We both consistently drink energy drinks and coffee, so amount of caffeine would not be an issue.
