A fellow working there named Zack (I believe) used his bare hands to put the ingredients in while working the register and everything else ..no good didn't want to make him feel bad and call him out but . Unacceptable

I’ve been to this location roughly 30 times since moving to Seattle. Sometimes the smoothies are good, sometimes the smoothies are trash. Whenever the owner makes them, they taste watered down and hard to drink. 1 of his other 2 employees, his daughter makes a good smoothie, is friendly and offers great service. The 3rd employee, the young man is very efficient and does very good with what he has. He is always slammed, working alone by himself. I’ve never ever seen more than one person on the clock while visiting this location and it’s clear the owner doesn’t care. Walk in the door and take a look around, it’s embarrassing to see trash lined all around the store, dirty/dusty shelving that looks like it has t been cleaned in 10 years. All that, and the owner opens and closes the store when he wants. It’s his store he can do that, sure, but when you have hours listed on different platforms that cause me to drive out of my way to find the store is closed, is inexcusable. Clean your store, fix your hours, give you employees some help, and also stop dumping the UW Huskies team smoothies in dirty containers before pouring them into their cups.

The owner's dog literally pooped on the floor behind where I was standing waiting for my smoothie. Unknowingly, I turned around and stepped in it. The owner came out and cleaned it up. He didn't say anything or offer any apologies, just shooed the dog back behind the counter. Yes, you read that right. The owner's dog pooped on the floor in the middle of the store next to customers. I had been here many times and got some great smoothies but I'm sorry I can't come here anymore.

I ordered a drink and grabbed a bag of snacks. Everything around the snacks were labeled $1.25. He said the item was $2.00, then rung it up as $2.50. I saw that on the screen and asked what the $2.50 amount was for.

The service is fast, I’ve always order for pickup online, and my smoothie is usually ready before the time given . My order is always correct. The staff is genuinely kind and friendly, and also knowledgeable on proteins and vitamins that they have in their smoothies and also that they sell in store. I’ve bought protein powder from them, and it’s delicious!! So why go back there if I can now make my own smoothie at home now? Because they make it taste so much better than I do 😂 and the people are pretty great!
Dietary restrictions: All the options. They’re a smoothie and açaí bowl place. Vegetarian and vegan of course. Gluten free too.
Parking: I park right in front, there’s always plenty of open parking spaces.

Rude customer service! He acted bothered to help us and did not want to answer questions about the smoothies. He also told me to go to another store since the recipes were different from other stores. Save yourself time and money. Go to another Emerald Smoothie.
Amazing smoothies! I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like. I especially love the PB&J smoothie! The customer service is particularly great, they are very organized and extremely nice!

Very delicious smoothies, perfect for a summer day. We got a Berry Berry Smoothie (no protein) and a PB&J. Both were very tasty!
And the people are sooo nice. There was an error in our transaction, when we informed them, they were very kind and understanding and helped us resolved it.
I’ve lived on aurora ave for a while and cannot believe I didn’t know about this place.

They closed down. They should at least update the website. I usually call but took a chance and drove by yesterday Another guy showed up too as he went to the door it was locked so that was my que. Wanted a smoothie before work. Ballard closed end of July. What's going o?! I live on QA the one on upper QA is okay but I learned they all have different drinks and some don't offer booster shots like Queen Anne doesn't.

Got extremely sick after getting a smoothie here. Got lab work done and it turned out to be a bacterial infection. Now on antibiotics to clear it. Don't come here.

What’s up with this ECS? A not even half full bowl, and warm smoothie turned juice. Not even a straw, but we can put that on Ubereats missing the detail. And why the paper thin cup for my smoothie turned warm juice? Every other ECS location uses styrofoam cups for this exact reason.
