I don't normally write bad reviews but this is just a warning: Do not get the ham and cheese croissant. It's a soft/soggy grocery store croissant, cut in half with very cheap brick shaped ham, and American cheese, thrown in the microwave, for $11. I feel ripped off.
The convention Center was hosting a cheer competition and my teenage daughter used my card to buy 2 drinks. She came back and said the lady ripped the card from her hands and typed in some numbers. My bank account was charged for over $39 for these 2 drinks. So I went and confronted her and she immediately gave me over $21 back in cash without question. I highly suspect she intentionally ripped off my daughter and who knows how many other cheerleader children she did this to. Shady business!
overpriced and terrible quality.

I love this coffee place. The bagels and cream cheese saved me when I was pregnant. Plus the owners are the nicest people ever. Love supporting this business.
Overpriced. Not worth your time. Skip.

Ordered orange cappuccino. Did not disappoint. The barista (I presume shop owner) is very friendly and polite. I don't think this shop deserve 3 stars because of some unpleasant experience months ago that seems to have long improved sby then.
$12 for two 8oz RedBulls is robbery

The gentleman is incredibly nice and friendly
I was here for a work conference. Was waiting in line. Watched interactions as I got closer to the front of the cue and noticed an older asian lady maybe 40s or 50s serving. she absolutely looked like she did not want to be there. I saw a customer ask for some ice - the lady looked the customer up and down first, with no smile as if this request was just far beneath her. Tells her “go over to the barista and get it”. Mind you, the barista is basically next to the lady and she could have just passed the cup to him and asked to get ice. Or even get the ice herself. Such a simple request that can be honoured for good customer service. She had the most stank face and I just walked out of the line because it really irritated me how someone so miserable has decided to open up a business in hospitality with such an attitude. They are just lucky they get business because it’s in a busy convention centre. Otherwise, this place wouldve closed down a long time ago.

The area was clean, the fruit was fresh and the gentleman behind the counter was incredibly sweet and very accommodating, his wife? Absolutely disgusting disposition. Good enough to visit for a quick latte while at a conference but definitely NOT worth a return. If you can find somewhere else, go there instead.

Woman running the counter extremely rude. Ripped my card from my hand. Cappuccino had zero flavor, tasted like hot milk

Service was extremely quick, hazelnut latte not overly sweet, good extraction. Pastries are great. Very busy so I didn't expect a great conversation
