Woman running the counter extremely rude. Ripped my card from my hand. Cappuccino had zero flavor, tasted like hot milk

They charged me 14.95. While my friend behind me was charged 8 for the same drink.

Service was extremely quick, hazelnut latte not overly sweet, good extraction. Pastries are great. Very busy so I didn't expect a great conversation

Stay away Sign says 5.25 charged $6.50 for a iced Americano. When questioned why I was brushed off. Rude and a cheating business.

Ordered the Milky Way latte (combo of mocha, hazelnut) - very tastefully made and delicious. The older gentleman made it very patiently for me. Thankfully, I didn't have any of the terrible service others have mentioned in other reviews.

No price transparency, which I guess they can get away with at a conference. I hope the lady who runs this place finds happiness eventually.

Great spot to grab a drink or a bite to eat

If I could, I would give them a no star rating! I am at a convention today. The cafe is being run by an older Asian couple. Not a smile, nor a hello. I paid $4.75 for a 12oz decaf Americano. I clearly saw the gentleman behind the counter go to his drip coffee carafe, fill my cup and hand me my coffee. I asked him if he just handed me a drip coffee; he said they don’t have drip coffee and walked away. What?!?! Unacceptable! Pls don’t waste your energy and money here.

Caffé Dior is conveniently located across from the main entrance of the Convention Center. One is greeted with the aroma of coffee and reminded to pick.up a cup of one's favorite brew before heading off to a meeting. My Redeye was a well made blend of espresso and dark roast coffee. The blueberry scone made by a local baker was the perfect accomplishment. As usual it was hard to chose among the wide variety of pastries.

If i could, i would give a 0 star. This is probably the worst coffee shop I have been to. The cashier lady is extremely rude and basically pushing people out of the register even before they are done paying. I had ice tea, and asked for simple syrup which I saw they have on the counter. They said no, they do not have simple syrup or any kind of syrup?Anyways, I would avoid this place if you can. Just horrible experience and overpriced drinks.

Terrible service, very grumpy lady. Waited 10 min for my order and she forgot it. When I went to ask she was reluctant at first to deliver my order. Avoid the place

Coffee is OK, but complete rip-off charges for non-dairy milk...
