9/6 Update: I have visited multiple times since my initial review and have enjoyed all the salads/bowls. Service has been better too. I will say though, the romaine continues to look old so I skip romaine and get mixed greens. :)
Surprised for the reviews that say salad ingredients fresh. My romaine lettuce was old and wilted and didn’t taste fresh. Maybe today was an off day. Service not friendly either but I will try it again another time and see how it goes.

Evergreens is the perfect lunch for a busy office worker like me. The salads are big enough and varied enough to be a full meal. The ingredients are always fresh. Even the avocado on my salad looks like I just cut it 5 minutes ago myself.Their online ordering system allows you to order ahead for pickup at any time, and prepay, so all you need to do is walk up the rack, grab your packaged meal and go. Easy-peasy.
Vegetarian options: Every salad can be completely customized to meet any dietary needs I’m aware of. And you can custom build a salad to your own specifications with an extensive selection of fruits, veggies, and other toppings and dressings.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, but after today I will never step foot in there again. I went to the evergreens on Cornell road in Hillsboro by cosco. I know they close at 3 and I realize I was pushing the limit, I walked in the door at 2:54 the sign said open. I went to order and the girl said we are actually closed. I asked if they close at 2:55 or 3:00? She said 3:00 but they need time to clean up. Ok, but as I walked out someone else walk in and they sounded like they knew him and made him a salad!! I’ll never go there again, as much as I love there salads!!
They are ok, the last 3 times I went here I was quite disappointed. Some unique salad choices but they always skimp on the ingredients. You end up with a disproportionate and expensive bowl of lettuce with subpar dressings

I once drove 30 min out of my way to satisfy a craving for Evergreens salad. Yes, they are that good. This location is fast, though lunch lines can get long. My favorite is the spicy kale Caesar, but they also have a seasonal pickled beet, walnut, and bleu cheese salad that's fabulous!
