Stopped by to pick up lunch. My friend and I ordered the teriyaki warm bowl and Cobb wrap to share. Honestly I really liked the Cobb wrap despite the ingredients not really being distributed well, it still tasted pretty good, I would probably come by again for that if I was in a pinch. But the teriyaki bowl really let us down. The sauce was yummy but the rice was obviously undercooked and not fresh. The rice grains were still hard...

One of the best salad places near my job. Amazing, high quality salad.

This place is so ridiculously expensive. I wish you could get a smaller salad for a reasonable price. Some staff are good but many don’t really respond or help you make the salad. For example, some guide you through how much dressing you add. Some don’t acknowledge your request for light dressing and thenndrench it.Also: major faux pas to use a wet bowl to make a salad. Really ruins the salad.

They should rename their “warm bowls” to “lukewarm bowls” or maybe “tepid bowls”. Is it really that hard to heat your food properly?

I was excited to try out Evergreens for the first time, my salad bowl lid fell off in the store and my bowl dropped to the ground. I told the staff what happened, and they made me purchase a new bowl. Fine if thats your store policy but goodwill and customer service goes a long way. Also, there is no water available, just the option to purchase an over priced bottle of water.

Excellent food! The Med-over-Heels warn bowl is amazing, and the staff was friendly. The food tasted fresh and reasonably priced for a eatery in downtown Seattle!

Extremely slow service. They prioritize online orders over in person. There was only one person attending to people in the line who was extremely slow making the whole point of getting a salad from here painstaking. Took over 30 mins with only 10 ppl in line. Used to like this place before but the wait is not worth it

I don't know if there's something wrong with this location or I'm just unlucky. Every time I order here, they leave something out of my salad that I paid for. Today after eating a quarter of my salad, I noticed they left out the $2 half a micro-avocado. So I brought it back and they grabbed my partially-eaten salad, took it back to the kitchen and brought it back with the Avocado. So I ended up with what I asked for, but I'm not sure Also, at a salad place where they serve greens all day long, is it too much to ask for the greens not to be brown and slightly spoiled at the edges? I keep trying thinking I caught them on a bad day but I think I'm ready to throw in the towel. I guess as long as I'm complaining, I'll note that they seem to be the last takeout chain in North America that hasn't switched to compostable utensils and packaging.

First off, everyday the way they process online orders over people in line is annoying. That being said, I usually wait and get it 2 times a week. Feel like the hygiene level has gone down and then I found a dangly earring in my salad!!! So foul!!

They do a great job making sure your bowl is full but, they almost always forget to add something in your order when you order delivery (doordash). When they charge you for items like egg and avocados they should know when it’s missing. Don’t get the half avocado, they actually only give you a quarter. They only respond to 5 star reviews (with emojis I might add), not the 1 star reviews that outweigh the 5 stars; it goes to show how problematic and unprofessional this location is. Make sure to scroll down to the review where someone found a lizard in their salad.

I received a very last minute lunch request for 20 attendees, Evergreens Salad on Union fulfilled and delivered the order 20 mins ahead of schedule. Each customized dish was made correctly, and nothing (not even additional dressings, oils, etc) were missing. When working in this area I would definitely utilize Evergreens Salad again.

NEVER order a large bowl here, they just make half the size and just give it in a larger container. I paid 1.5 times a regular bowl to only get bigger container. They charge $15 for half a bowl???Also, the lady at the counter is just rude to your face for asking why.
