I ordered directly from the Ezell’s website and a DoorDash driver had stolen my food.

I called the store and an employee (Austin) helped start the refund process and helped sort out my order. I appreciate his customer service so much and am thankful for his help! 10/10 customer service! Would recommend this Ezell location to all my family and friends!

This is the 1st time that I've found metal in food. Hair happens, but this is bad. Maybe a bristle from a wire brush or something in my chicken.

Second time at Ezell’s and probably my last. The chicken is quite good so no complaints there but the sides are very mediocre and leave a lot to be desired. The staff is helpful and attentive but forgot our second sauce. There is no atmosphere to speak of with no place to eat inside. The price is ok for what you get but not really the value I would expect for the overall quality. Skip Ezells and go to Cookies in Ballard or Pioneer Square if you want good chicken.

We were in town for a play and didn't have time to eat beforehand so needed to catch a bite after 11. This place seemed like a great idea because it has a parking lot and chicken. Our expectations were blown out of the water! We got chicken tenders, Mac and cheese, rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy and the BBQ beans. Everything was fantastic. Chicken was hot and crispy, Mac and cheese was super cheesy, bbq beans were delicious and the only thing I would change is that next time we'll order extra rolls!

The staff was super friendly and I was so thrilled they had heaters in the waiting area with how cold it was outside. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Seattle!

Really good chicken! Super flavorful and a ton of food for the price. The rolls are absolutely killer!

Unfortunately there is absolutely no seating so you have to sit out in the cold like a tiny chicken gremlin.

Stopped by this location today and really liked how it was laid out. The staff was friendly and nice, and the service was pretty good overall. There’s also a decent-sized parking lot, which made it easy to get in and out without having to hunt for a spot.

I ordered the chickens and the chicken strips, and both were pretty good …tasty and consistent with what I’ve had at the 23rd location. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

I usually go to the Ezell’s location on 23rd, but I was nearby and stopped into the Wallingford location — and it’s officially my new favorite.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself was super clean. There’s also a good-sized parking lot, which makes stopping in easy. When I visited, there were quite a few DoorDash drivers picking up orders and using the parking lot, but it was still manageable.

Most importantly, the chicken was delicious and not greasy at all — crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you want from Ezell’s. The sides were also solid and complemented the meal well. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Best chicken in Seattle. Get the spicy tenders with Cajun fries and extra bbq ranch, trust me you won’t regret it. I go here damn near weekly
