Ezell's Famous Chicken

Heads up that this is a pickup place with no seating. There's no ledge to stand and eat, either. I didn't know this going in.

I was disappointed by the chicken. I got all dark meat, half original recipe and half spicy. It was really salty and the flavour just wasn't very impressive. I didn't taste much spiciness and it didn't taste very thoughtfully seasoned. Just a lot of salt. The chicken was very juicy and soft on the inside, though, which was good.

I got Cajun fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. I thought the fries were good but the potatoes were bland and nothing to rave about. The serving sizes were decent (the fries in the picture are half eaten as I ate them one the way home). The two piece came with a bun as well which was slightly sweet and fluffy.

The total for what I got: a two piece with a bun, cajun fries and mashed potatoes, was $15.08.

The ranch was expired and the chicken was bland asf the fries were also bland and now I’m sick

Delicious as usual. This Ezells is THE BEST! The chicken is always fresh. The side dishes are always awesome and the desserts are the best this side of the Mississippi. We really look forward to our chicken every Friday night. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

The chicken was good, we got the half spicy, half regular. The spicy could be spicier. The baked beans were delicious but we were unable to order them online so we had to ask at the counter when we picked it up.

I called for a delivery which arrived within 30 minutes and the delivery guy was very polite. The food was delicious.

Kid-friendliness: My grandkids used to love going there when they were younger. Now they go on their own.

Placed pick up order for Super Bowl Sunday, delicious chicken/slaw/beans and rolls. Can’t recommend it enough. Loved that we could place order and select time for pick up hours in advance. Thanks Ezell’s!
