While the food is undoubtedly the best of all the Ezell’s in the valley, on my recent encounter I was surprised that they don’t provide water cups with food anymore. A basic amenity for food ordered is to provide water. Not force ppl to buy water bottles or soda when I just wanted a cup of water.

Very good, excellent fried chicken, but for some reason right before dinner, 4:00 to 5:00 they block out door dash orders. Darn. Now I have to go to KFC and pay more for less chicken. I don't know, maybe the cook is buried with prep or they are not prepared to handle dinner orders, but will be sure to make sure that "doordash orders" are off line before I order next time, maybe in the spring. Maybe the cooks were buried and shut out doordash orders, but this time it cost about $100. I went with KFC instead, which is prepared for all online orders. Maybe next time, I don't know. I need assurance that the order will be there for me.

I've been eating ezell's since the original location for sure my fav chicken in Seattle. On my last trip I was super hungry after getting off work and most of the locations I normally hit up are closed by 8/9pm the UW location is the only one I know thats open til 12. The chicken was hot, fresh and delicious I ordered some peppers they unfortunately didn't have but I was given a side of my choice which the have the best potato salad of any fast food restaurant which I was happy about and then they tossed in a peach cobbler which was fire. I LOVE EZELLS
I go to Ezell's on Wallingford all the time and the staff there is amazing. It's a busy place but they always do a great job and have an awesome attitude. The food is fabulous and the staff is a pleasure.

Customer service is fine, place is clean, food tastes like a northern white person was in charge of seasoning so really really bland and kind of dry. I only got the spicy chicken, laughed at the half spicy and non spicy options. To confirm, I went there twice to make sure they didn't just mess up my order the first time, accidentally giving me the spice less option, they confirm it was the spicy one.

Of all the locations, this one is the most consistent in cooking preparation. Both the chicken and the chicken tenders are fried to perfection without the chicken being dry. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The dipping sauces complement the chicken well.This is moreover a takeout place, no seatsareavailable. .

Great food, the chicken was fried perfectly but the regular didn’t have much flavor of its own. The bbq sauce mostly makes up for it though. I’ll definitely be back to try the spicy and buffalo strips at some
