We love that Ezell’s has an order ahead option - that way we can order, pop into Thriftway for a few things, then grab our dinner and head home. It’s convenient, the food is consistent and the staff is always friendly!
I asked if I'd ordered sauce because I thought I might have forgotten. As I was checking the bag the server replied that whatever I ordered was there. Well, it was there and like I said, I wasn't sure that I included it in my order. Her response might have been defensive though there was no need to be. My other encounters have been with friendly genial staff. She just needs a little customer service training.

Just picked up close to closing the staff was friendly, place was clean, and food was excellent. Had to wait a couple minutes for Bread rolls and I’m so happy we did damn they good.

ngl the sizes for some of the chicken is pretty small, especially for the 8 & 16 peice orders, really dont justify the price tbh. like why am i getting the smallest thigh peices ever in this order??

I came on my lunch break. I purchased a lunch special and paid a little over $25.00. That's not a special. 3 stripes and potato salad with a drink and peach cobbler. The chicken was fresh out the grease and crunchy like I like it. The potato salad was to die for. I'm from the south so it tasted like it was right out of grandma's kitchen. The only disappointment I had was to peach cobbler and the price to be a special. The crust was more like bread from a cake than crust on a pie. It crumbled as I open the tray. It had great cinnamon spices like I like it but the crust just wasn't it for me.
