We love that Ezell’s has an order ahead option - that way we can order, pop into Thriftway for a few things, then grab our dinner and head home. It’s convenient, the food is consistent and the staff is always friendly!
I asked if I'd ordered sauce because I thought I might have forgotten. As I was checking the bag the server replied that whatever I ordered was there. Well, it was there and like I said, I wasn't sure that I included it in my order. Her response might have been defensive though there was no need to be. My other encounters have been with friendly genial staff. She just needs a little customer service training.
Just picked up close to closing the staff was friendly, place was clean, and food was excellent. Had to wait a couple minutes for Bread rolls and I’m so happy we did damn they good.
