I’ve been to this ice cream shop a couple of times before and always enjoyed the ice cream—it’s really great! However, today’s experience was completely disappointing. I went with my friends, and the person working there had the rudest attitude I’ve ever experienced in Seattle. When we simply asked how many flavors we could taste, she rolled her eyes at us and started murmuring things under her breath. When I asked if there was a problem, she dismissively told me, “That’s just my face,” instead of apologizing.
Unfortunately, the attitude was so off-putting that we had to leave without even eating our ice cream. It’s a shame because I used to enjoy coming here, but customer service matters just as much as good ice cream.

And a good cuppa too
Great place, cute and cozy. Not much sitting space, but it’s still really nice.
The variety of gelato is great, and the portions really nice too.
The server was really nice as well. Great experience :)
Fainting goat has superior quality ingredient and technique. I can really tell the difference. I have a toddler so that means I eat a lot of gelato/icecream/frozen yogurt/custard. I’m always a chocolate person but I will have to get sorbets while I’m here because it’s soo good. We will be coming back here.
Business is not honoring its business hours. I went at 12:30pm on Thursday and it was still closed
Small gelato shop with limited seating but excellent gelato

It was really delicious and I liked that it was loaded with toppings?

Cute place to get gelato if you're in the area. It can get a little busy, but the flavors are good, and the purchasable paintings are entertaining. Also, it's nice that they offer affogato here!

Heard good things about this place, but it was closed! It was posted that closing was at 11:00pm, but it was closed at 10:40 pm already. Probably best to change the closing time to avoid more unhappy customers.

Unique goat milk flavor for someone who doesn't love super sweet stuff like me.
I was a little underwhelmed by this experience. The ice cream was very mediocre, the texture was off and lacked flavor in my opinion. The place was busy so I understand but the seating area was very dirty with water (or something) spilled on the ground and very very sticky tables

It was fine. My scoop was gritty but the flavor was good. There were only like 5 flavors. I also won't really call it gelato, it was really just ice cream. 3 stars because it wasn't terrible just not great. Maybe I got a bad scoop?

Went to have ice cream in this place in Fremont. Place is small. Only one lady does a good job. Tattooed girl not good. Looking for experience not an attitude!! Fainting Goat Gelato offers an exceptional gelato experience with a diverse range of creative and traditional flavors. The gelato is crafted with high-quality, fresh ingredients, resulting in a creamy and rich texture. Customers appreciate the friendly service and inviting atmosphere of the shop. It's a must-visit for ice cream lovers looking for a delightful and unique treat.
