Super creamy and flavorful!
Really good gelato — super creamy and flavorful. Some flavors can be on the sweeter side, but it balances out perfectly if you mix them with something less sweet like espresso. Great spot for a late-night treat in Fremont!
Look, this place is beloved by the locals and given the store vibe, it is easy to see why. Sadly based on our single visit, the gelato quality was quite poor. Both the Amaretto and lemon tart (forgot the actual name as sadly it was so forgettable) were underwhelming at best. The missing pieces were flavor intensity and texture. The former was seriously lacking, at least compared to traditional European gelato. The latter is harder to describe. One flavor was particularly icey, a combination of probably high amounts of water and being frozen too quickly.
I really do hope they align their style with more traditional forms of gelato going forward. At this stage I would not recommend if you only have 2000 calories in a day. Best of luck!
I have to shoutout Hansa at this location! Not only was the gelato amazing (high recommend mixing the chocolate and coconut), she was friendly, efficient, and kind! She was the only one manning the serving and cash register stations and was clearing the lines like no one’s business 👏 can’t recommend this place enough.

The best dark ( fondente) chocolate in town!
The gelato was perfect and the person serving us was very friendly letting us try whatever we wanted.

Really good double shot espresso ice-cream
Gelato was tasty, and the person working there was nice, but there were AI generated images for sale next to real art without any disclosure. One of the AI images was for sale for hundreds of dollars. Really disappointing to see.
