Take our fluffy, soft & amazing homemade pitas and bake them fresh in your home. Can't beat fresh bread. Pitas are half-baked and frozen. 1. Thaw pitas in room temp. 2. Preheat oven on highest setting. 3. Baked thawed pitas for 3 minutes. Pro tip: Pitas come out crispy on outside. To soften them up, put back in plastic bag, close and wait 10 minutes to let the steam make them soft again.

Falafel Salam is my go-to spot in West Seattle! The food is always fresh and made from scratch, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Both the meat and vegetarian options are absolutely delicious, so there’s something for everyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing Mediterranean food!

I came to try the Loffa bread on Sunday. They were experiencing some dough issues, but eventually got things worked out. The flavor and texture of the Loffa bread was very similar to what I ate in the middle east. A slight tang from fermenting and the charring was spot on. Kudos to Shimi and Miles for persevering in delivering a fine product. The expansion of the new bread and Sunday brunch is amazing.
