Will not accept famous Dave’s gift cards. Not really a famous Dave’s so not sure why even listed. Totally wasted my time

Ordered via Uber Eats, consisting of:2 Utensil Sets, 1 Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich with side of Famous Fries, 1 Meat Platter Mild Traditional Wings with 2 sides of Wilbur Beans & Famous Fries, and a Coke. The only thing that got delivered was the Meat Platter Wings with Fries and it was cold. They missed the rest of the order. Cool. Paid $50 for just wings & fries.I tried to call the establishment and no one can even answer the phone.Uber Eats didn't even issue me a full refund. This place is a reminder of how bad Seattle BBQ is. Don't order from this place or use Uber Eats. Either or both will disappoint you immensely.

Disappointing. I won't be returning to this location again. I ordered online for pickup 2 days in advance, but still waited 30 mins at pickup. I wasn't the only one whose order wasn't started!Ordering on the app isn't possible for this location, and when ordering on the website any unavailable sides aren't signified, making that a frustrating process. The ribs were great, brisket was okay, but chicken wings and pulled chicken salad were disappointing. My initial email to the company about not being able to claim the heavily pushed signup freebie was responded to with a simple "Unfortunately, Northgate location is a franchise and has the authority to not recognize the rewards program. We can reissue your reward to be redeemed at another Famous Dave’s." I sympathise with giving franchisees choices, but the error messages were cryptic, and the signup rewards were pushed hard. When I complained about the other issues later on I got no response.

I feel like I got hustled. The actual food looks nothing like it does in the menu pictures, literally no resemblance at all. The portion sizes were miniscule considering the price. I might have been able to look past all of the above if it the food had been good, but unfortunately I was disappointed in that regard as well. I truly have nothing positive to say about this place. Definitely one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had over the last several years.

First time having Famous Dave's. The servings are great for the cost. The chicken is delicious. The corn is good without adding anything and the fries aren't over seasoned or salted. I'm pretty sure they just have salt on them but they are really good regardless. I ordered via Door Dash because I'm lazy sometimes.

I’ve never before eaten at Famous Dave’s but heard that the food is very good. The Northgate location is a bit of a hybrid, I guess. Stanford bought the rights to the delivery and take out but still maintains Stanford’s menu for eat in options.Anyway, I ordered the beef brisket and it was the absolute worst! Clearly it was not cooked at Stanford’s nor anywhere close by. Just fatty, tasteless and super commercialized. I was actually standing by to take it out and it was brought to me ice cold! Come on Famous Dave’s, if you are going to try a new business model you have to do more than this! Really sad attempt at bbq.

Had the worst experience that I ever had in any restaurant in America placed an order online to eat at the restaurant in which we were there by 10 PM and by 10:30 they were telling us that we had to leave, the staff was so rude and in a rush cannot believe that the waiter came and told us that we had to leave pathetic service!!!!!!!!!

We have been to numerous Famous Dave and it has always been a famous experience. Usually, we can recognize any Famous Dave's restaurant from a distance away by the good smell and easily recognizable logo. However, last night, Google map took us to Key Bank and said that was Famous Dave, really!?Finally, from the website, we learned this Famous Dave location was co-located inside Sandford's Restaurant & Bar (which was at far opposite corner in the same plaza.) When we arrived at Famous Dave (or Stanford?) we were greeted by two very friendly Stanford staffs, who explained to us this Famous Dave location didn't have full kitchen, so the menu items were limited. We were given a piece of A4 paper with somewhat limited Famous Dave options. We wanted to order baby back ribs, but it wasn't on the menu. Fine, we decided to order St. Louis style ribs, but then were told Famous Dave kitchen ran out of ribs, but Stanford kitchen still got some ribs (AND IT IS BABY BACK RIBS!) However, the pricing on Stanford was substantially more expensive, so we didn't get any ribs (What a disappointment T_T) We ended up to-go beef brisket and rib tips, both were tasty, but we wished it was a more consistent experience as other Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que restaurants.

I like so many menu items but the quality is inconsistent. Ordered chicken strips today and half were burnt and the other half had all the crispy breading sloughing off. Lots of chewy connective tissue. I've had the same item previously and it was amazing! Makes it hard to come here because I'm not sure what I'm going to get (especially with ribs and chicken) . Brisket and pork sandwiches are always good. Same with the bread pudding.

What a shame. Before placing my order I questioned if the food was fresh. It was confirmed, yes it’s fresh. I can tell you this was not fresh. It was reheated. The ribs had tan marks vs. the beautiful red ring you expect from BBQ. Very disappointing. Not worth the money. Save your time and drive 10 minutes and drive yourself to Bailey’s BBQ on Lake City. I was hoping to find a new BBQ joint, but sadly I will not be returning.

The cornbread muffins were delicious, the fries were great, the baked beans were a little ’zippy’ but good. The portions were generous, which was a good thing rib wise, because I couldn’t eat two thirds of it due to it being so overcooked and leather like. Ribs I’ve had elsewhere, had meat falling off the bone, but I had to cut what meat I could off with a knife. The flavor was nice though…

Ordered the 3 meat meal online & got a bunch of hardened leftover meat, soggy mush of flavorless Mac & cheese, watery old grit fake potatoes, and some decent cornbread muffins (where the one star cave from).I didn’t know Dave wanted to become famous for recycling old hardened leftover meat or I would not have ordered from here. Gross.

Ribs, jalapeno mac n cheese and the lemon cake we're all great, fries were so-so. If it's your first time ordering from their website for pickup, Famous Dave's BBQ is actually Stanford's. I went back and looked on the website and it does say that, I just missed it. So I drove around in circles for 20 minutes trying to find it, but that's on me I guess. I will say that it doesn't jump out at you on the page and I also wasn't looking for it to be part of another restaurant. Maybe put the "In Stanford's" part in bold or red letters so it sticks out from the other text. Otherwise, everything was great. Also, there was not an option to leave a tip when I paid through the website.

Placed an order thru Doordash for 3 items. Order was immediately confirmed. Driver was assigned 10ish minutes later. Driver arrived at restaurant proceeded to let us know they were waiting and 5 minutes later order canceled. This establishment needs to have better control of there ordering platform devices. If your kitchen is overwhelmed with in house diners and orders to-go tablets should be turned off. It’s unethical to except an order, charge the customer, falsely tell them over the course of 30 mins dinner is on the way and then cancel the order all together. Get it together. Strongly do not encourage ordering from this restaurant. Better options. Smaller family owned businesses that deliver what they promise.
