Sadly I have to change my review. The burgers are amazing, but the last two times I bought French fries, they've been extremely salty. Which really sucks, cause I love fries. It's frustrating because I pay an extra 4 dollars for fries and then tip on top of that, and sure, yall deserve a tip for the burgers, but could I have some potatoes with my salt? Salt is the only thing I tasted when eating your fries. I feel cheated and like I over payed for low quality. I don't know if I'll be back, and if I am I won't be ordering the fries 😕
I gave it another shot last night 2/21/26 and honestly it was some of the worst service I've ever experienced from a place. I waited 40 minutes to get my food when it wasn't busy in the restaurant. I don't know if they had a lot of online orders or not.
Then another guests burger was undercooked while I was there and they straight up refused to make it right for her for the longest time and finally refunded the meal for her.
I got burgers for myself and my roommate and they were cold, the fries were warmer than the burgers. I've had terrible stomach pain all day at work, something that's never happened from their food before. I haven't consumed anything else today.
The one worker was moving very slow and seemed like he was on something.
It was, and has been a very negative experience. I will not be returning.

Absolutely the slowest service I've ever experienced. 2nd person in line and I ordered 2 milkshakes and the guy waits on 20 other customers before he makes the milkshakes. Over an hour wait for 2 shakes is Absolutely ridiculous and the guy taking orders just walks around slow chit chatting with everyone.. ill never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Great for a late night bite in pioneer square! Basically the only food open past 12 am in the area and it will get you through the night. Any of the sandwiches or wings are great options.
