Absolutely the slowest service I've ever experienced. 2nd person in line and I ordered 2 milkshakes and the guy waits on 20 other customers before he makes the milkshakes. Over an hour wait for 2 shakes is Absolutely ridiculous and the guy taking orders just walks around slow chit chatting with everyone.. ill never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Great for a late night bite in pioneer square! Basically the only food open past 12 am in the area and it will get you through the night. Any of the sandwiches or wings are great options.

Dont come here they cant even invest in there own restaurant the prices are high and they cant update the place or replace broken items in there restaurant it reflects poor management and if this it the quality standards whats there food health like im just saying its declined alot since they first opened they make alot of money and this reflects they dont care about customers confort

Love everything about this place. Great food, outstanding staff and open late! One day, I was dining in and my wallet slipped outta my pocket with hundreds of dollars in it. They noticed immediately after I left and put it in their safe until my timely return. Forever grateful for fat shack!
