The Asian manager is aggressive and condescending. Thumbs down👎🏽 She needs to work harder on being a better person! Hearing her talk extremely rude to her staff is also disappointing and unnecessary… other than her the staff is awesome, manager just ruins experience for me. She’s stuck up and nonsensical.

I love the homey atmosphere, the building is so we'll renovated. The baristas are all so lovely and kind. I'd definitely recommend going here when you have the chance

We were visiting from San Francisco. Cool place, nice decor, good coffee, friendly staff. My only criticism is I wish they would offer a few more pastries with less sugar. Coffee mugs are very nice and my latte was exactly like I wanted it.

Incredibly disappointing to go here b/c it looks like they have a fun area for kids, only to go and see no toys at all. I'm not sure what led them to make these changes, but it is not family friendly at all. Very sad, because if it was, we would be regulars. Since it's not, we have no reason to go here. Food was mediocre.

Favorite coffee shop in Ballard and always greeted with a smile. Our pups are also huge fans and always demand that we go to Firehouse Coffee.
Looks like there’s a bunch of moms from some group talking about this place being unfriendly to kids.. I’ve never experienced or witnessed any kind of rudeness from any of the staff here. I’m sure the real issue is these moms being messy and letting their kids destroy the place and then blame the staff for not being excited about it.
