I was genuinely excited to bring my one-year-old to this coffee house after hearing it was kid-friendly. We were expecting a welcoming space with toys and a relaxed atmosphere for families. Instead, we found that all the toys had been removed, leaving only a tiny table and no sign of the “family-friendly” vibe that’s advertised.

We decided to stay anyway and ordered a coffee and a steamer, then settled quietly in the back room. About 25 minutes later, a barista approached me to ask if I could “quiet down” my baby because other customers were complaining. My daughter wasn’t crying or screaming — she was simply babbling happily (“mama, baba”) like any normal one-year-old.

I was honestly stunned. I asked if they would prefer that I leave, and they nodded. So I packed up and left. On my way out, I couldn’t help but notice the only other customers in the entire place were two elderly women.

If this is how they treat mothers and babies, they should reconsider marketing themselves as kid-friendly. Deeply disappointing, unwelcoming, and absolutely not a place I would recommend to any parent

Good coffee. Great People. The inside is super nice, without being pretentious like a lot of places. I'll be back, and you should go.

Love this place. The drip coffee is hot and smooth. The room temperature is just right. The music is relaxing and mellow. The staff are cheerful and polite.

Very cozy place to chill, I had a sandwich and was very good, same as my cold brew.

Came here as it was told it was family friendly. No toys or anything for my child to do. Coffee was good but not good for children.

The Asian manager is aggressive and condescending. Thumbs down👎🏽 She needs to work harder on being a better person! Hearing her talk extremely rude to her staff is also disappointing and unnecessary… other than her the staff is awesome, manager just ruins experience for me. She’s stuck up and nonsensical.

I love the homey atmosphere, the building is so we'll renovated. The baristas are all so lovely and kind. I'd definitely recommend going here when you have the chance

We were visiting from San Francisco. Cool place, nice decor, good coffee, friendly staff. My only criticism is I wish they would offer a few more pastries with less sugar. Coffee mugs are very nice and my latte was exactly like I wanted it.
