Five guys has gone down hill and prices have gone sky high. In addition customer service especially at this store is terrible. I got two burgers and fries. They placed the fries at the bottom of the bag so all the grease could collect and guess what after a short drive home. They bag completely broke because of all the grease and everything including all the contents were ruined on the ground.
I called the store to complain and let them know I was mad about this. After listening they did not even apologize for the issue or said sorry. They only took my information for corporate. I already called corporate to log a complaint about this store and this experience. Be careful for those that are ordering to go. See my photo for example.

The staff here are one of the nicest and welcoming crew you will encounter here in Seattle! They all said hello and seemed to actually enjoy working there or at least took their job seriously enough to make it seem that way. The burger was great! Not too greasy and tasted pretty fresh! I did get the Cajun fries which I felt were extremely over seasoned, so much salt! If the seasoning were to have been not so extreme I think they would have been great. Definitely would visit again if the opportunity would arise.

Haven’t had Five Guys in a long time but the Ballard location makes me want to go again. The entire staff raises the bar on what good customer service looks like. The order did not miss any piece and was delicious. Loved how the entire crew confirms they’re working on your order and it will be out soon. Also this was all for a to go order!

If you've never been to 5 guys, you are missing out. They make some of the best burgers i've ever had.And I love their cajun, fries and the regular ones. And I don't know if i've ever been in a cleaner restaurant
