Really don't understand what others are talking about. Burger is okay, soggy over-salted fries are a disgrace. Prices are outrageous: like $25 per person. Could have a burger at a full service restaurant for that. Staff is always friendly. Tables are rarely clean though.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Five Guys burgers so I thought I’d give the place a try. I ordered a delicious burger, shake and fries. I’m deathly allergic to peanuts but I thought what the hell I’ve got my epiPen with me what’s the worst that can happen. I ate a small basket of peanuts while I was waiting. By the time my food was ready my throat had almost completely closed up on me and my tongue was as fat as a boa constrictor. The staff was so polite to call...

The Ballard location has an issue with the carbonation on one of their soda machines about 75% of the times I've gone. Let them know and they will address it. The staff here is really great, very friendly and accommodating. The store is always kept very clean. Parking can be found in the lot with an entrance across from the fire station. Don't leave anything in your car.
