High quality experience. Every steak was perfect. Went here with family a while ago but they still talk about how good the food is here. I still dream about the layered potato dish. It’s not a cheap dinner but one you wont forget.

This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. We had multiple cocktails (soooo smooth), the clams, the boar shoulder, and the fillet mignon, and everything was fantastic. We ate every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to be wowed by your food and drinks.

The food is good but not the level of being “great” based on the flavors, portion sizes, and the pricing. The seating upstairs could be much improved with some type of partition so you don’t have to look at or be near the bathrooms which is off putting. Seeing the food preparations and expeditor in action is probably the best thing about FlintCreek.

Came here with a friend recently who has been raving about this place. The food was amazing, the ambience was good, but the service could be improved. For food, I ordered the Short Rib that came with a tasty sweet BBQ sauce and was perfectly tender while my friend ordered the Pork Chop which was juicy and flavorful. However, when it came to service, it was hard to flag down our original waiter to put in orders or close out our bill, while other waiters kept coming to our table eager to take our plates away while we were obviously still eating. Overall, great food, good ambience, and average service. Bonus for parking in the back.

Every time I eat here, I leave happy. The fun variety of flavors and well balanced seasoning make this a delightful experience every time.

There aren't a ton of vegetarian options, but the ones they have are always amazing.

The level of service and ambiance make it a great place for celebrations and special dinners.

We keep coming back every time we have an excuse to go into Seattle for a special dinner.

Ordered the Delmonico steak and a bunch of apps. The food was so delicious and very well prepared! Definitely on the expensive side but the quality of the food is so worth it.

Good -- probably the most solid in the neighborhood -- but expensive. I have never been disappointed in the food, but it's certainly not a great value.

I would highly recommend FlintCreek for a dinner night. They have the best quality meats and nice drinks. There is a variety of options and always great recommendations from the staff. The burrata with prosciutto is delicious

Our first visit to Flint Creek - we ended up not trying the steak - but had several small plates (venison Pate & mussels) - the pate came with 3 slices of toasted bread (4 would have been more appropriate - it was clearly sized for 2!) the mussels were large and plump and again came with 1 toasted bread - not nearly enough to enjoy the broth. Entree we chose and shared the roasted boar shoulder - tasty Desert was the highlight though, a terrific modern spin on a banana split (only 1/2 of a small banana :(. ) but caramel was fabulous. $40 corkage fee (seemed steep) on the cab we brought (which were glad we did since a comparable bottle - different but comparable - was $325) Ambiance was good but leans way 'casual' and very noisy - cavernous . Our waitperson was sweet and admitted she was new and didnt really know all the menu - there was clearly kitchen issues as our small plates arrived in minutes (which we asked to be coursed but bang - here they are as we were still enjoying our cocktail) and then 30+ minutes for the entree. Overall it's a quality run operation, food very good but not remarkable in contrast to its sister Restaurant Rock Creek Seafood which is always awesome, rocks (and is all very loud). The place is solid with a sort of Brooklyn vibe.

Truly disappointed in my experience here after looking forward to this our whole trip and reading reviews prior to going. Food was average at best, the potato dish was overpowered with nutmeg and no other flavors, the ribeye steak was great.

If it the steak wasn't so good this would be a 1 star. Honestly just mediocre all around. The only think that I was like wow yum was the steak..and nothing was worth the value. We celebrated the 1 year anniversary of our engagement today which was very important to us as we only get this one. We were sat in a very loud busy area. I asked to be moved and they were very kind and moved us upstairs. That was the end if the good service. We spent just under 200 dollars on the 2 of us (not including tip) and the only thing worth the money was the ribeye. Would not recommend anything else, not even the wine we got. 15 dollars for a pie size slice of potatoes that tasted like rice pudding is crazy to me. Salad was aggressively over dressed and parts of the "baby gem" lettuce were brown. We ate everything as I'm not one to complain-just would never recommend anything but the steak. One of the most disappointing dates we have been on which really sucks as this is a very special day to us.

I love this place. I don't eat here often enough. The proteins are all on point, small plates are excellent, service is impeccable. Ambiance is bustling, but still quiet enough to carry on a conversation with table mates.
