Fabulous happy hour hamburgers, reasonable price. Great, personable service personnel. Will return. Expensive main menu, saving that experience for a very special event. A bit loud, but not unbearable. Nice atmosphere. House happy hour red wine was good.

Service here was great! The ambience is also very romantic and charming. The margarita was tasty, and the wine was yummy.
Unfortunately the food was just ok. Tuna tartare was not the freshest; the portion was also criminally small for the price. The ribeye was pretty small as well and definitely needed more seasoning/salt. The au poivre sauce needed more seasoning/salt as well and had an interesting herb/spice added that made it off putting.

Music so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation at the table. $70 for a 12 oz ribeye that was thin, tough, under seasoned, had no deep flavor, sat alone on the plate, and came to the table lukewarm. Underwhelming to say the least. Servers tried to deliver the wrong meal twice. Won't go back.

Delicious, creative food but very expensive for what you get. High wine markups, too. For the price, I had higher hopes for service, which was just okay. Two of us were seated at a small, dark table that made us feel cramped on a relatively quiet night (when larger, brighter tables were available). Fun to try, but not a new 'go to' for us.
Outstanding. It's a pricey place but excellent food and service and great for special dinners.
The service was top notch - fine dining level. Everything we had was flavorful - our server knew her stuff and was wonderful with recommendations. It's a go to business meal spot.
Boar shoulder and gnocchi is damn good.

Food lacked flavor. Ribeye was undercooked. Very rare and delmonico overcooked. Medium to well when wanted it medium rare. Delmonico not worth the price. Service was not friendly. Very indifferent and uninterested. Wouldn't go back or recommend. Disappointing evening.
I've been to Flint Creek CC several times. I usually have a great experience and the food is consistently delicious. Unfortunately, last night the service was not good. And when that happens, it can dampen the whole experience. Our server was distracted and peeled off in the middle of our meal to care for a larger table. Our service was then split amongst whoever was available to close out our evening. For a $350 meal I'd hoped for the consistently great service we've experienced before. That said, as usual, our meal was delicious.

The venison tenderloin was one of the best dishes I have ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. I work in fine dining and have had a lot of delicious meals…this one made an impression. I had it last night and I’ve brought it up in conversation three times today. Will be dreaming of it until never time.

Flint Creek and sister Rock Creek are both always incredible. Great staff, amazing food, last night the music was on point with a great 80s alternative playlist. We had a couple filets, tuna, pasta and a sirloin, plus Brussels sprouts and potatoes. Everything prepped and cooked to perfection. Waiter was very helpful. The bill even came in less than expected. It's not cheap, but you can definitely justify it when everything is so spot on. This was our third or fourth time here and won't be the last.
Excellent food and attentive service but quite loud.

Amazing New Years Eve dinner here! Perfect way to celebrate. Thanks for the great service too and accommodating a little surprise for the table - that was so special for us! See you soon❤️🫶🏼❤️
Our server was great and most of the dishes were good, except for the pork chop which was pretty dry. Stick with the steaks which is what they are known for.
